Hello! So, I have decided to write an HOA story just to see what I can do with it. If you like, it let me know. If you don't, let me know if you want me to change anything. Hope you like it!

It was just a few days after summer break and Nina was on her way back to her English Boarding School. She looked out the windows as the taxicab drove on, taking it all in. She missed this place, the place she grew to love so much. She was super excited to be back and to see all of her friends again. Especially her (hopefully soon-to-be) boyfriend; Fabian Rutter. Sure they had texted and video chatted over summer break but it just wasn't the same as seeing him in person.

"Excuse me miss?" Nina came back from her daydreaming to hear the taxi driver talking to her.

"Yes?" she said to him.

"We're here." He said back to her.

"Oh!" Nina said excitedly, "thank you." She said as she pulled out some money and paid him for the ride.

"Thank you," he said as she got out of the cab and went around to the back to grab her things. Nina took a deep breath, picked up her bags, and started walking towards Anubis House. The place where she had stayed last year after being accepted on a scholarship. When she was younger, if anyone had told her that she would one day attend a boarding school in England and solve a mystery as The Chosen One, she would have told them that they were crazy. But now, she wouldn't ask for anything more. Her life was great. She had everything she could have ever wanted. She had almost reached the door when she heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Who's the American?" the voice said. Nina turned around to see none other than Patricia Williamson. The girl who had hated her when she first arrived but soon became her friend after joining their Sibuna club.

"Patricia!" Nina said as she went over to her and gave her a hug.

"Hey Nina," Patricia replied as she hugged Nina back, "It's good to be back, isn't it."

"Yeah," Nina replied, "I'm super excited to see Fabian. And everyone else." Nina said.

"I know exactly how you feel. I'm way excited to see Jerome. I mean everyone." She said quickly catching the look on Nina's face. "Well," Patricia started again before she could start blushing like crazy, "enough chit-chat. Let's get inside." And with that, they both grabbed their luggage, and went up to the house. They knocked on the door and it opened. They saw Trudy standing there smiling at them.

"Trudy!" They both said and went to give a hug to their wonderful house mother whom they had both missed like crazy. Trudy started to laugh as she hugged them back.

"Hello dearies. Welcome home."

"Oh Trudy," Patricia said, "I've missed you so much!"

"Me too," Nina said.

"That's just wonderful," Trudy said to the both of them, "And I've missed you all too." They all released from the hug and the two girls looked around the room.

"Is anyone else here?" Nina asked Trudy.

"Everyone else is already in their rooms unpacking. You two are the last ones to arrive."

"What are the room arrangements?" Patricia asked.

"Same as last year sweety. Fabian and Mick, Jerome and Alfie, Nina and Amber, and you and Mara."

"Awesome," Nina said as she and Patricia picked up their bags and walked up the stairs to their rooms.

"See you at dinner," Patricia said to Nina.

"See ya." Nina said back. And they each walked to their rooms.
