Comment from writer: Don't ask about this. This is just a random idea I wanted to write about. Plus No character was hurt while doing this. Well other then my brain but no cares.

Chapter 1

She sat on the edge of her high school pool with her feet in the water. Her deep blue eyes were looking at the water, thinking a bit. "Why do I feel so different?" She asked herself. Her long black hair was over her right shoulder, in a braid that ended laying on the ground.(1)

Her friend was near by, just watching her. She didn't really understand her friend but she didn't really care. She had short brown hair with red bangs, light brown eyes. She then sighed a bit as she stood up. "You know, just asking the air about you feeling different wont do anything, right Lira?" She asked, walking over to her friend.

Lira blinked a bit and looked up at her friend. "I know, Mia." She said with a small smile. Something inside was calling for her and she could feel it but she tuned it out. She stood up and walked over to where Mia was sitting then started putting on her socks and shoes.

The girls were in their school uniforms that were short sleeve white shirt with a light blue vest. The girls wore short skirts that were dark blue, long leggings of white or black and black boots.

Mia smiled lightly at Lira as they started walking home. "So what's going on with you this weekend?"

Lira thought a bit then smiled lightly. "Nothing I guess. I might go to the library to see if I can learn about something."

Mia blinked a bit. "Oh like what?"

"Just something that been on my mind lately. Nothing bad."

"If you say so. Oh it's your road already." Mia sighed a bit. "See you later then."

Lira blinked and waved back at Mia as she walked to the left. She then turned and started down her road. "Wing goddess has been called." A voice said to her, making her stop.

"Wing goddess?"

-flashback-

A young child ran to a huge tree. The child was a girl. She giggled a bit, looking up at the huge tree. "I wanna play. Come play with me -." The name she called out, was blank as if she couldn't remember it.

-another flashback-

A silver dragon laid under another huge tree with the young girl asleep, laying against it. It's wing moved over her a bit as it looked at her. "It's time to go to the place where the wing goddess is. I'll come for you when she comes here. So be a good girl and wait, Lira." It said to her, putting it's head near her sleeping small body.

-end of Flashbacks-

Lira laid against her bed, pressed her right hand to her forehead. "What was that?" She asked to herself. She then shook her head as she sat up. "It cant be anything good." She said. "I just need rest."

-time goes by-

Later that night, her eyes shot open and she sat up. "Escaflowne... are you calling..." she stopped talking and stood up. She slid on a random shirt and skirt then after putting on her boots, she ran outside.

She ran to the near by lake and panted a bit. "Escaflowne..." She said, walking into the water.

Within minutes, she was underwater but then inside something not so normal. She couched a bit then looked around. She sighed lightly, remembering something. "Escaflowne! Let me out."

The armor that random reappeared without Hitomi calling it. It knelt down and opened up, letting Lira fell onto the ground.

Lira rubbed her ass as she stood up. She then blinked, looking around her. She was in an area near a forest. No one was around nor near her. She looked up and then sighed. "After 10 long years, you call me back to Gaea and really want me to remember things. God Escaflowne, you are one stupid dragon armor." She said, to the armor as it turned into mist. She turned around and knelt down.

Out of the mist was a small silver dragon. It looked up at her then jumped onto her legs then her shoulder, licking her cheek.

She giggled a bit. "I got the dragon yet the goddess got the stone." she said, standing up. "So where to?" She asked, looking at the dragon.

-Meanwhile-

Van sat in his room, looking out of his window, watching the clouds go by as Allen's ...whatever moved. He felt something that he haven't felt is a long while.

Salya: I lost my idea train. So I'm stopping here. Oh yea, the number 1 way up there means that her hair is really long and I don't really know how to put it. So yea. Oh BTW Lira is really from Gaea and she's the last of the old kind of people. She can talk to Escaflowne as if he's a real dragon. Well she calls the dragon out of the dragon armor. So while Van and Hitomi got the armor, Lira has the heart. Does that help? If not, just ask in my forums on FFN.
