At the party~
Music was blasting from loud speakers, there were even disco lights in this two story mansion. Addie's boyfriend, Josh, was on the varsity Football team. He is a sophomore.
Liza appeared at the party, wearing a minidress and heels. Apparently, all the other girls were dressed the same. Wow, Liza thought. This is my first high school party. Too bad Jennie wasn't invited, but what's up with her and Addie anyway? Addie's the most popular girl in school!
"HEY BYOTCH!" Addie handed Liza a drink. Addie laughed, "having fun?"
"Yeah.." Liza said awkwardly. Addie seemed almost a little drunk. What is this party? Addie was only 15! And she's wearing clothes that would even be considered daring in a club. Liza also noticed couples going inside private rooms…
Jennie, at home~
"Hey Jennie, whatcha doing? Any plans tonight?" Jennie's other best friend called.
"No, Chloe. How's you and Liza?" Jennie said on speaker phone while doing her nails.
"What are you talking about? I'm studying by myself. Isn't Liza with you?"
Jennie frowned. "No, she said you're her bio partner and you guys are doing a project together…you mean Liza lied to me?"
"Umm…I guess so. She's not my partner. Well, you know Addie threw a party this tonight. I thought you just planned on not going, since it's Addie. But, I guess you weren't invited by her. I think Liza was."
Jennie almost had a heart attack. "I can't believe Liza would lie to me like that. I mean, we're, like really close." She sighed. "Addie's a bitch. We used to be best friends, until she ditched me for other more popular kids like Sabrina."
"Yeah, but Liza was acting up a little lately. Probably Addie. Dude, I'm pretty pissed at Liza too. That is so not her. Come on, let's go talk to her later on Monday."
