Full moon tonight,

Full moon tomorrow,

Wolf tonight, wolf forever.

I cannot go on,

So I beg the Moon:

Be kind tonight,

Allow me peace to dream and hope.

My dream is shattered by the Moon's glow,

Cruel and soft.

I raise my arms to the milky Moon

And I can almost touch it.

I give my cries to the crystal moon

The howls of a wolf-torn body.

Relentlessly the Moon shines down

Soft, sharp beam that transform me

Into a child's nightmare.

I was that child,

Now I am the nightmare.
