Butch. A seventeen year old heart-throb. Well, when it came to girls that's what he is. Jet black spiky hair, tall, muscular, tough. A bad boy. That's what he is.
Buttercup. Also seventeen years old. Attractive, yes. But not every guy likes the type she is. The tough ones like her because she's tough. Short black hair, slim...
"Great body," Butch said laid back against a tree.
"Thanks," Buttercup said walking by without even glancing at who was speaking. She got this thing from guys sometimes. She just stopped caring about it and kind of found it annoying.
Butch chuckled. "You don't even care,"
She kept walking forward without saying a word.
"Buttercup. Talk to me,"
She whipped her head around to face him. "How do you know wh-"
"Who you are? Are you kidding me? Your all over townsville. The girls save the day once again and all that jazz," Butch said.
"But I'm not even wearing anything people could recognize me in," she said.
"Honey, I could recognize you in anything. Sides, we've already met once." Butch said.
"I don't even know who you are," she stated... sternly.
"I wouldn't expect you to remember me, we were only five at the time," he said cooly.
Only five at the ti-
He took his hands out from behind his head and stared at her.
"You got that right hun,"
"Not like it matters anyways," she said and turned to walk away.
Butch did not like that answer, he flew infront of her.
"Why doesn't it matter?" he said floating close to her face.
"Look. I don't really care that your back. Like I said, it doesn't really matter. If you try to do anything bad, your just going to get hurt." Then she added. "Just run along now little boy," and did a hand gesture as she walked around him.
Heh. Butch thought.
He touched the ground. "I'm a big boy now," He took off his sweater, revealing his muscular figure. Buttercup turned around noticed this right away. She stared at him. Her face was still a frown but she was still staring. She crosseed her arms and then grinned.
"Very impressive big man,"
"Thank you Butter-cake,"
"Buttercake? I've never heard that one before," she said.
"I've got a lot more of them too," He said flirtatiously.
"Oh, that's nice. Now if you'll excuse me, I must be going," she said.
"Buttercake, Butterpie, Butterbunch, Buttermilk, the list really does go on," he said.
She put one hand up while she walked forward in a waving motion and just didn't say anything.
"So Butterfuck... wanna come here tomorrow?" Butch asked.
She turned around at Butch for the last time that day. "Excuse me?"
"Let me put it this way... I want to fight you tomorrow. See if you've even progressed," He said.
"No. What did you call me?" she said.
"Butterfuck," He said.
She grinned. "Well Bitch. I guess I'll see you here at the same time tomorrow then,"
"You sure will see me," He said with a wink.
She walked on.
Buttercup NEVER turns down a challenge.
