Okay, this first chapter is a little short, so I'm going to call it the prologue even though its not really. I've selected a few songs for this story and created a playlist on my youtube channel, I'll put the link down at the bottom of the story just delete the spaces on either side of the word "youtube". Please leave a review, I promise to pay you back within the week!

DISCALIMER: This is a Figgy story. That means boy/boy, guy/guy, gay, yaoi, whatever you want to call it. Don't like, don't read. Ok, and Fang and Iggy aren't mine. Actually, none of it is believe it or not.

Gazzy rolled over on his side and let out a snore. The unearthly sound roused the flock's newest edition. "Curse you, Senior Chihuahua. " The dog growled and nipped halfheartedly in his sleep. His nose brushed Fang's uncovered foot. The teen let out a giggle then quickly covered it with a yawn. Cracking an eye open, he checked to see if anyone had heard his erm, chuckle. To his relief, the rest of the flock was still asleep. He rubbed his eyes and looked down at his watch. The relic was rusty and totally retro, but it kept time... And was a present from Angel. Hey, if you ever get a present from a physic six-year old with an attitude, you better wear it.

"Hey Iggs, it's almost three. I'll go ahead and take over watch. Yes, thanks to my amazing generosity, you may even get forty-one winks tonight." Fang smirked and sat up, expecting a prime example of an Iggy-face turned in his general direction. Keyword: expecting. "Iggy? Did you fall asleep, man?"

The teen looked around for his blonde friend. Nope. That's odd, Iggy hardly ever leaves his post. Fang thought, I bet he had to take a leak or something. Fang crept out of his sleeping bag and stretched. He unfurled his wings, sore from sleeping in that infernal bag, "presents" from Max's mom. More like a pain in the butt. He yawned and stumbled a few steps away from the flock. Shaking off the last bit of yawn, he looked around again for Iggy. That's when he noticed the computer. His laptop was sitting next to his sleeping bag, almost closed but not quite. Eyebrow raised, he opened the lid.

Dear Fang,

If this isn't Fang, well, I guess it doesn't matter. I've left. Please don't follow me, I won't come back. I'm a danger to you and the rest of the Flock. Goodbye, Fnick.

Never see you later, Iggy.

Fang sat down on his sleeping bag, shocked beyond thinking. Iggy was gone. He left. Alone. No one to guide him. Fang's face hardened. Don't follow me, my wing. I'm coming for you, whether you like it or not. The teen stood up and walked over to Nudge's bag. He shook her and whispered, "Nudge. Nudge! Wake up!"

The girl jumped at the tone of panic in Fang's voice. She rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and clambered out of her hot pink sleeping bag. "Yes? What's wrong? Are the Erasers back?"

Fang shook his head. "No. I need you to techno-feel this for me." Nudge began to yawn. "Now." He snapped. She nodded, Fang's tone scaring her slightly. He tapped a few things on the laptop and handed it to her. He watched her close her eyes and concentrate. "What do you see?"

Nudge frowned slightly, her eyes clamped tight. "Iggy's typing something. He looks sad. I feel... pain and dark things coming from him. Oh, a tear just hit the keyboard. He's looking around. He shut the lid and put the laptop near you. Oh! It's getting fuzzy! He's running away... He's gone." Nudge looked up at Fang, brown eyes brimming with tears. "What's wrong, Fang?"

Fang took the laptop and gave Nudge a small hug. "I can't tell you." He stood up and looked around. "Did you see which way he went?"

Sniffing, Nudge pointed. "He ran that way."

Fang nodded. He looked down at the sad, scared girl. "Tell Max that unless she wants me to rip her brains out through her eye sockets, she'll leave me alone, okay? I'll be back." The teen grabbed his backpack and stuffed his laptop into it.

"Please don't leave again." Nudge almost whispered.

Fang gave her a sad smile and flew into the night sky.
