A Chicken Little Halloween Story

Chapter 4

On that same Halloween night, Foxy Loxy and Goosey Loosey were still out trick or treating.

"Oh, Goosey, did you see the look on his face?" said Foxy while the two of them were laughing.

"Hey Goosey! Why don't we go in that funhouse and wait for Chicken Loser to arrive so we can scare him again?"

Goosey honked in agreement and the two of them ran inside the funhouse. After they went inside, they could hear a moaning noise. They got scared for a minute.

"What's that noise?" asked Foxy. Goosey shrugged.

Then they heard an old hag's cackle. They got startled by the sound again.

"Let's go see what that sound is!" said Foxy. Goosey nodded in agreement, and the two of them went further into the funhouse to see where the sounds were coming from. But as soon as they investigated, a zombie was coming up towards them, moaning and groaning. It was actually Runt in a costume.

"Oh, no! A zombie! Run!" yelled Foxy. She and Goosey tried to flee, but a witch stopped right in front of them and was cackling evilly. It was actually Abby in a costume.

Foxy gasped in horror and said, "A witch!" as she pointed. But then a ghost was coming towards them. The ghost was really Fish in yet another costume. And then, an alien was coming up, but it was really Chicken Little. Then a werewolf was howling and walking over to them, but it was actually Diane in another halloween costume. Then all five of them were trapping Foxy and Goosey.

"Oh, I can't take it anymore! Let's get outta here!" shouted a terrified Foxy and she and Goosey ran out of the funhouse as fast as their legs could carry them.

"MOMMY!" shouted Foxy.

As soon as they were gone, the gang started laughing at their funny prank.

"Aw man, that was like the best Halloween prank ever!" said Runt.

"Agreed!" said Abby as she gave a thumbs up, followed by Fish. "Blubbb!" he said in agreement.

"Ha ha! That was so funny to see Foxy run home sobbing like a baby!" said Diane.

"Alright, guys. Let's go home now." said Chicken Little.

"OK," said Diane. "Come on, guys."

And then all five of them walked back to their homes. As CL was walking back, Buck saw him and went up to him.

"Hey, son! How'd it go for you?" he asked as he greeted CL.

"Hey, Dad. It all went good. Real good!" he replied.

"Well, that- that's great!" said Buck. "Ready to go home now?" he asked.

"Yeah," responded CL.

"OK, son. Let's go," Buck said, and he and CL held hands as they walked back to their house.
