Chapter 30/Epilogue

Tony and Ziva did, indeed, stay very happily married. An argument was very rare, and if one happened, it would usually finish 2 minutes later. In fact, the only argument the pair could remember having was one where Tony had left his dirty socks on the bed. Trivial, right?

After a few months, the family moved into a nice little house on the outskirts of town, not too far from the NCIS building. It had a picket fence (like Ellie had wanted) and columns. And for their daughter's 4th birthday, Tony and Ziva had bought her a German Shepard puppy. After much consideration, they named it "Leroy."

Eventually, Ellie started school. She was the brightest in the class (well for a start she could speak 3 languages fluently- English, Hebrew and Italian), getting constant stars. The principal, Mary Jones, wanted to move her up a grade, but Tony and Ziva didn't want that. She already felt that they she was challenged enough.

After a few years, Ducky sadly retired, leaving Palmer to be the ME. His new assistant happened to be his now-fiancée (Breena). 5 years on, and Jenny and Gibbs retired peacefully. A year after Tony and Ziva, they were married in a quiet beach ceremony with only Team Gibbs, Ellie, Jackson and Breena there.

McGee and Maria Sharp also married, having two children. These were Caitlin "Kate" and Paula-twin girls. Abby never married, but adopted twin boys named Joseph and Thomas, after her dead father.

Ellie went to Yale University to study business. In 10 years of leaving, she'd already made a billion-dollar business named "Party," an event-planners organization. She married a man named Aaron and had two children- Morgan and Molly.

Tony and Ziva died in their sleep at aged 100 and 86 respectively. They were found by their nurse, lying in each other's arms. Ducky passed away at the grand old age of 102.

Through graduations, weddings and births, they all stayed together.

Because that's what families do.
