"Hey," Meg called to Kitty, her riding companion, "You're getting good." In fact Thunder, Kitty's horse, had got a lot faster since Meg had last ridden with Kitty. Meg glanced at her watch. "We ought to be getting back Kits, Lightning's getting tired"

"Are you sure you don't mean that you're getting tired Meg?" Kitty challenged.

"Hey, I may not be 13 anymore, but I'm only 35, I'm not that old" Med replied. Kitty laughed as she brought Thunder to a halt. Suddenly they heard another horse galloping towards them and Meg turned her head to see who it was.

"Meg, Meg" The little girl on a little horse called, "there's a weird man in funny clothes to see you!"

"Thanks Rose" Meg replied, "Did he give a name?"

"No," Rose explained, "and he didn't call you Meg either!"

"Oh?" Meg asked curiously, "What did he call me?"

"Ms. Atwood," Rose said, "He was very formal"

"Ok, Kitty, would you possibly take lightning to the stables with thunder?"

"Yeah, sure" Meg dismounted and Kitty and Rose led the horses to the stable.

"So what exactly do you want?" Meg asked.

"The Dark Lord is rising fast," The man replied, "soon even Hogwarts will not be safe. We need to watch the Potter boy"

"So? What do you want me to do?"

"Get in as a teacher, that shouldn't be to hard"

"What if I refuse?" Meg asked. He didn't reply, he didn't need to. She knew just what would happen if she refused. "And if I accept?"

"You shall be safe. With you on our side we cannot fail"

A week later he opened the letter which he knew he was waiting for. It had 3 words on it…
