Survival Test

Next day...

After a bath, breakfast(the list specifically said NOT to eat breakfast but she ate anyway), and packing up necessities, she brought her sketchpad and pencil along just incase it'll be a long wait. On the way home to Konoha, Anko warned her that Kakashi was ALWAYS four hours late to everything and jokingly said that he may even be late to his own funeral.

In a literary sense and of course, that cannot be possible in reality.

Upon arrival at Training Ground 13...she was the first to be there, followed shortly by Sasuke, then Sai. After thirty minutes...he wasn't there yet. "Anko-sensei was right afterall." she deadpanned as she sat down under a tree, and began drawing. From afar, Sai wanted to test something...whether or not she would attack if anything came behind and above her. He stealthily went into the forest to go behind her and reached for her shoulder, only for his wrist to be grabbed at lightning speed and brutally thrown forward a split-second later(that hurt like fuck worse than a slow fall), startling the daylights out of Sasuke who sat not far from them.

What's even worse, is that it's a reflex as Naruto gasped in horror.

'Waaah! I'm so sorry!' Naruto wailed apologetically as she threw her sketchbook and pencil and fussed over him. 'Did you forget my guidelines so soon?'

'W-what...guidelines...?' Sai whimpered in pain as he soon found himself in heaven anyway, as he was placed on Naruto's lap with a clear view of her breasts, and given a massage service.

'Um...I'll give you a new copy!' from where he sat, Sasuke twitched.

"She was just drawing, Sai came behind her and she grabbed him while still drawing and threw him forward without conciousness?" he thought. "That's a horrifying reflex." the mere nightmares and broken hips, will cause A LOT of problems in the near future for sure and somehow, Sai gets lucky. Big time. Naruto was...sexy. Big breasts at a young age, slight hourglass-toned waist, big hips with round buttocks to match and shapely legs. Now Sai was getting quite comfortable there...

He twitched.

He wondered if getting thrown on purpose, would get him the same 'heaven'. By the looks of things, nervous-shy-girl aside, she would put it aside for sake of others. And a strong kunoichi who took training so seriously, she could avoid dangers on reflex. She was the ideal girl...in his opinion at least, but he'll have to observe her some more.

Three hours later...

'Onii-chan, you're late!' Naruto scolded sternly with her arms crossed as Kakashi looked sheepish.

'Ahahahaha! Sorry, I got lost on the road of life!' Kakashi laughed cheerily.

'You want me to call Akisame and put you through the wringer again?' Kakashi visibly shuddered at that and quickly shook his head. And who was this Akisame person that even instilled fear in their teacher?

'I-I'll pass. I'm too young to die.' Kakashi shuddered. He then coughed. 'OK, well, here's our exam.' he said as he took out two bells. 'Use everything you learned. Ninjutsu, genjutsu or even tools to defeat me and take a bell. The one who does not get a bell, will be sent back to the Academy. Before that, I'll tie you to that tree stump over there, while the rest of us eats lunch in front of you. You have until lunch time to succeed.'

Stunned silence.

"That's why he told us not to eat." Naruto sighed. She was glad she ate but by the looks of her teammates...they didn't. "Rule number 1 from the Masters...always do what you know is good for you regardless what others say."

'Well then, we'll start...now!" the two boys fled, but Naruto stayed. 'Errr Imouto-chan, aren't you a li'l bit odd?'

'...you bored me for four hours by being late...so play with me!' Naruto beamed as Kakashi quickly hid the bells in his pocket as Naruto lunged at him...and fought him at her full blast Kakashi had to use his years of experience just to block her speedy, powerful blows. "Crap, she's better than her fight with Miu!" By the trees...Sasuke and Sai were gaping in disbelief. Kakashi was actually barely pushing it with her and taking her seriously in combat!

It was a battle of seasoned fighters.

'My god imouto-chan...I dunno what those guys did for your education but you really make me feel like an old man.' Kakashi whistled as he tested his dodging and parrying skills against her.

'Hehee~they hold ninjutsu and genjutsu in disdain as if to quote Sakaki-sensei, 'shit on all shit, making pansies reliant on hocus-pocus'. In their opinion, true fighters should only have taijutsu, kenjutsu and weapons specialization...'

'Haha, that's something most ninja forget nowadays.' Kakashi admitted. 'If I had told them that I mastered 1000 jutsu, I might be regarded as an Undersirable in that place.'

'Good thing you shut up!' the fight went on, causing mayhem and destruction, making craters and destroying trees into splinters, until both fighters ran out of breath after two hours.

Sai and Sasuke saw this as their chance to take on the weakened Kakashi.

"She did us a great favor by greatly weakening him, but I never thought she'd be THAT good in fighting!" Sasuke swore as he took out some wires and a couple shuriken. "I need more than her power to kill him!"

"This is our chance!" Sai thought as he took out his brush dipped in ink, and began rapidly drawing on a scroll and brought ink beasts to life. "I'm definitely not gonna waste this."

'Katon: Housenka!' Sasuke cried out his technique upon concealing wires and shuriken inside fireballs he created and lunged at Kakashi.

'Ninpou: Choju Giga!' Sai sent out lions at Kakashi after he's done drawing five lions.

"Taking the opportunity after Naruto exhausted me enough eh? Good strategy but too bad I'm a Jounin!" Kakashi thought as he easily dodged the techniques. "And compared to her, you're friggin' slow." he chuckled as he aimed to disable them, but Naruto grabbed his limbs using her own, locking him in position. 'Wha?'

'I'm pretty durable so I don't care if those techniques hit me too. Our purpose is to beat you after all.' she quipped as the two jutsus hit them, causing considerable injuries on both of them.

'Did we get him?' Sasuke wondered aloud.

'I think so but we got her too, since she restrained him herself so he wouldn't get away.' Sai pointed out. When the smoke subsided, Kakashi was quite injured with considerable clothing damage, courtesy of the tigers as well as burns and wounds caused by shurikens AND the tigers.

'Teehee! We got you~!' Naruto chirped as Kakashi sighed.

'I suppose so but imouto-chan, next time don't do this OK?' Kakashi griped as Naruto let him go and she got up...with clothing damages on her jacket mostly, and slashes on her clothing, exposing this and that. Luckily it's her back, as her front was quite, safeguarded.

Nobody would know till later.

'All three of you pass.' said Kakashi. 'The point of this test, is Teamwork. As long as all three of you worked together against me, regardless of orders, you would have passed.'

'But why the 70 percent failing rate, oniichan?' Naruto asked him curiously.

'Well, the reason for that, would be the two bells, imouto-chan.' Kakashi told her. 'The two bells will test a team's camaraderie. To see if they will work against each other and abandon their third teammate in a bid to graduate, or work together to pass and one of them will sacrifice because 'there's always next year' and the one who chose to leave felt he or she wasn't ready yet, or another will figure out the true meaning of the test. That and they didn't forget shinobi regulations in favor of selfish ambitions. Number 2 option rarely passes based on judgment, while option 3 always passes. Out of ten teams, only one or nobody graduates at all. It'll be rare if we got plenty of actual graduates for a change.' he explained.

'Official duties start tomorrow, so have the rest of this day off.'

'Really? Thank god, I want to sleep some more.' Naruto sighed tiredly. 'I'm not used to waking up at 5:30...' and as she turned around, she heard several gasps. Behind her, were Kakashi, Sasuke and Sai gasping in shock to see the clothes on her back slashed enough to reveal that she wasn't wearing panties.

'N-Naruto!' Kakashi sputtered. 'You're not wearing panties?' Naruto turned around and blinked.

'No, why?'

'You should!' Kakashi yelled. 'Perverts will take advantage of you at this rate! Wear underwear starting tomorrow, got it?' he hollered with the over-protective bighead. 'Sai.'

'Y-yes?' Sai choked as he was sure NONE OF THEM would forget this day. They just got a free flash of nice, shapely round buttocks and she wasn't the least bit concerned. OMG wow.

'Can you draw anything else?'

'Er yes...?'

'Draw a blanket, and take her home!'

Naruto's house which was quite far...

'Thanks for...taking me home.' Naruto smiled at Sai as she took off the drawing cloak, while Sai looked around her house. It had plenty of art supplies in it, a bed and a kitchen. On the walls were charcoal drawings of...five men, one woman and one girl. And she was much a better drawer than he was.

'These drawings are very good...who taught you drawing?' Sai whistled as he looked at the lifelike drawings.

'Oh, Akisame-sensei. He's a wandering artisan recruited into teaching me art girls should know. He also taught me how to read, write and math. And he's best at what he does best.' Naruto beamed.

Hokage's Office...

Kakashi was limping his way to the office. His students got him real good, big time. 'Uhh...I really need more training at this. Seriously.' he swore as he went inside...boy oh boy. He has to face the music. 'Yo.' he greeted as he limped his way in.

'The heck happened to you?' Kurenai frowned in concern.

'Oh, the result of a horrifying teamwork, that's all.' said Kakashi airily. 'Team 7 pass.'

'Good grief...since you're the last one here, tell us what happened.' Sandaime chuckled wryly as Kakashi nodded.

'...a taijutsu mistress had unbelievable physical strength and speed for her age. She wore me down. Then the two boys came out and went trigger happy on me with Ninjutsu, and she held me down so I can't get away.' Kakashi explained. 'I got mauled by five cartoon lions and Housenka jutsu with concealed shuriken, this is the result.'

'So the ideal Assault Team it is.' Sandaime nodded approvingly. 'We now have three official teams which is rare as the three passing teams has every clan heir present...the Uchiha, Hyuuga, Inuzuka, Aburame, Yamanaka, Nara and Akimichi. A promising harvest. We need to ensure that their development goes smoothly.'

Elsewhere...

'Report.' an old man's voice spoke out as not far from him...

Was Sai.

'Regarding my two teammates, Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Naruto...I need to keep an eye more on Sasuke as he hardly showed any skill during the Survival Test, but Naruto is a powerful and prodigious taijutsu user, strong enough to give Kakashi-senpai a challenge and wore him down after two hours. Techniques unknown. Needs more observation.'

'I see. Well, we were just getting started after all. What do you think?'

'In all the years I knew of Sasuke, he was said to have a happy, child-like disposition...until the massacre occurred and did a 180 on his personality. He became socially withdrawn and cold. As for Naruto-san, she seems to have confidence issues and very shy...but a powerful fighter for her age. I know where she lives. It's far from the village itself, close to the Nature Preserve. By the looks of things, she has great interest in art, as her house is full of art supplies.'

'You share the same interest, as you need art in your ninjutsu. Use that opportunity.'

'Hai, Danzo-sama.'
