One day, Peng arrived again searching for his uncle Tai Lung. Po saw him outside and walked over to him.

"Hey, Peng!" he greeted.

"Oh. Hey, Po. Um, have you seen my Uncle Tai Lung?"

"Oh, um... no. Why?"

"Well because I can't find him anywhere."

"Oh. That's too bad," said Po and he looked kind of remorseful.

"Po, what's wrong?" Peng asked as he noticed this.

"Oh, nothing," Po replied.

"Po, is there something you wanna talk to me about?" Peng asked.

"Um..." Po sighed and said, "Okay. If you insist. Follow me."

Peng followed Po to the Jade Palace and they sat down on the stairs.

"Peng, uh... I'm afraid your uncle's not coming back."

Peng looked disappointed and said, "Oh. Well, why not?"

"Well, because..." Po couldn't bring himself to say it. "(Sigh) He's..."

"Yes? He's what?" Peng asked.

"He's... dead," Po finally said.

Peng looked shocked and tears filled his eyes. He sniffled and Po told him, "Sorry, kid."

"What- what happened?"

"Well, I believe he was murdered."

Peng gasped and said, "Oh no! By who?"

Po sighed and said, "By me."

Peng's eyes widened and he did a long gasp. Then he started wailing and got up and ran away.

"No! Peng! Peng! Come back here!" But Peng ignored him and kept running.

"I didn't know, Peng! Seriously! I did not know!" Po shouted. Then he closed his eyes and sighed. Now Peng would never see his uncle again.
