Characters:

Everleigh Leonte - the first half-vampire, half-lycan hybrid, and grand-daughter of the Vampire Elder Viktor. Sentenced to death her mother hid her away after birth with trusted servants, she was later raised by foster parents in another country after being move to the United States. Unaware of her dormant abilities she is unknowingly the target of a world-wide search from both Lycans, led by her father and the Vampires, who want her dead.

Lucian - Enslaved as a baby, he has never know the full extent of his Lycan powers, until he broke the rule and removed the collar preventing his transformation, to rescue Sonja and eventually falling in love with her. Having witnessed her death, he now leads a world-wide manhunt for their child in a race against the Vampires who would see her destroyed.

Sonja - daughter of Vampire Elder Viktor. Falling in love with her fathers Lycan slave Lucian, she becomes pregnant and sentenced to death for creating an "abomination" by mixing the bloodlines. Fearing for her unborn's life she hides her away after birth and soon after executed by the Vampire Council.

Viktor - One of the three ruling Vampire Elders. Nearly 1,000 years old, he has a severe hatred for werewolves, and through slavery has a small Lycan army at his command. After the escape of Lucian, and his daughters execution, the council members question his leadership. Learning of the existence of his grand-daughter the council pressures him to finish the job and hunt her down.

Andreas Tanis - deceptive and conniving, he serves the Elders as an advisor and historian of the coven. After the Great Battle destroys the centuries old castle, he was tasked with moving the Elders from harms way. The only one who knows the location of the hybrid, his whereabouts have been unknown for the last thousand years.

Raze - After Lucian discovers his amazing bravery and strength after rescuing him from certain death, the two become friends and allies. After being transformed into a Lycan, he joins Lucian's struggle for freedom.

Xristos - One of Lucian's top Lycan commanders, he was rescued from the Vampire's dudgeon, and escaped with the other slaves. The one who persuaded Lucian to return to rescue the other Lycan slaves, he is tough, headstrong, and fearless.

Santos - another of Lucian's top Lycan officers, he joins the hunt for the hybrid as a favor for the rescue from the Vampire's clutches. Headstrong and brave in battle, he is a force to reckoned with, still learning to control his transformations, he is early angered and annoyed which doesn't help with his problems. Born and raised in the captivity of slavery with the vampires, he has a severe hatred for anything to do with them, deep inside he hopes Lucian gives up the search for his daughter and stays in Romania.

Lana Russell - Everleigh's best friend and roommate. Closer than sisters they share everything together, even attending the same college. She arranges a secret vacation for Everleigh's birthday, to Romania. After studying up on Everleigh's birthplace, she contacts a travel agency and sets off a chain of events that could have devastating consequences for the entire human race.

Marcus - another of the three ruling Vampire Elders he is frozen in suspended animation, awaiting his turn to rule the Vampire Coven. The first Vampire in history, he controls all others, hidden away for safety, he is kept in the dark about the existence of the hybrid. Knowing it's an advantage he could use to throw Viktor from his rule, his location is kept secret. Unable to be killed, Viktor waits and bides his time until he can be used to his advantage.
