I actually came up with this poem when I was in year 2 with minor edits Mind you I haven't gotten any better :/

When I look you in the eyes I sometime wonder

if we are thinking the same thing

I've got this fantasy in my head;

I'm the King and you are my queen.

I open my eyes and the first

thing I can think of is you,

I just hope you love me too

Homer looked down proudly at the small poem he had written; she was going to love this!

You know what the best thing about this is? You decide who he is sending the poem too. You can even pretend that the 'she' is actually a 'he' that I spelt wrong, so everyones happy! I figured Homer wouldn't be too good at poems so...
