7:10 a.m

Shit! Dylan cursed as he immiedietly got out of and Lily had a long telephone call last night and had slept late. It was already 7 a.m and he is SO late for school. It takes at most an hour to get to school by car and he hasn't even eaten breakfast or took a shower yet.

He rushed to the bathroom and took a quick shower. Changed into a pair of worn out jeans, white shirt and checkered hoodie.

"DYLAN!" His dad yelled from downstairs. Dylan cursed some more and bolts into the breakfast table.

There he saw his dad Benjamin Mee cooking eggs and his little cute sister Rosie Mee already having breakfast.

"Do you have any idea how late it is?" Benjamin asked while putting down the plate of eggs on the table.

"I know. I know. I'm sorry." Dylan said and sat down.

They started eating in a rush.

While eating, Dylan could still feel his eyes swollen and obviously could feel that he didn't have enough sleep last night cuz of talking however, he didn't regret it one bit since he spent his entire night hearing her voice.

After eating, Dylan brushed his teeth, got his bag and followed his dad and Rosie to the car.

He placed his bag on the passenger seat and was about to get in the car when….

"Dylan?" He heard her voice.

Dylan mouthed at his dad "One minute" and turned to see a tallblonde beautiful girl Lily.

"Hey." Dylan smiled and walked towards her.

Lily smiled back, "Hey". Lily greeted, "On your way to school?"

Dylan nodded, "Yeah and I'm running late." He said in a hurry.

He must have seen her face fell because he carresed her soft cheeks with his thumb , "I'll call you later when I get back okay?" he assured her and gave her a peck on the cheeks.

Lily watched as the car left. Her heart sank slowly. She only get to see him in the evening and it upsets her big time but she couldn't really do anything about it. His school finishes in the afternoon and not to mention it takes an hour for him to get home.

She felt so envious that her boyfriend get to experience highschool while she gets stuck at home being homeschooled. She barely had friends in the farm since she's surrounded by adults and Dylan is the only boy close to her age that she could talk with.

Lily sighed, "What would it be like to go to an actual school?" she thought to heself. She envisioned her and Dylan going to school together hand in hand being happy and all. Suddenly, there was a picture in her head, that a lot of girls are flirting with her boyfriend and she can't do anything about because she's not there to witness it.

Her heart felt a pang just imagining the thought. She could never stand the thought girls fawn over her boyfriend and losing him aswell. She knew she had to do something

Lily's POV

I'm must be going crazy! I can't do this.

"What is it Lily?" my cousin asked worriedly as she scanned my face. I went to her place after seeing Dylan off to school.

I sighed and said really fast, "Iwannagotoschool."

Kelly looked at me confused, obviously had not catched what I said, "I wanna go to school."

"Aren't you already in school?" Kelly asked me after a moment.

I shook my head, "I want to go to a REAL school. Y'know with people my age and get to learn what's really outside the farm."

Kelly just stared at me obviously thinking, "You're not only saying that because Mr. Smith is absent right?"

Mr. Smith is my teacher who teaches me at home.

"No. I really want to go." I said determined.

"You do know that if you entered this, than there's no turning back."

I'm ready to face anything and I don't care as long as I'm with Dylan.

"Yes Kelly." I said. Kelly sighed and nodded, "OK I'm okay with this but you have to ask your parents first."

I squealed and hugged Kelly hard. I can't wait to tell Dylan.
