"HELLO?" she callEd out, fear visible in her voice. She began to sweat and breathe faster. She heard footsteps coming. Faint footsteps. She began to breathe faster from before. She began whimpering as it became louder. She saw the door slowly creek open. She saw a shadow of legs and arm.

The door finally opened, only to reveal a tall person. Kate started breathe faster than ever. The man moved his arms and flipped a switch. The lights turned to reveal a 'human' teen with pure white skin and black jeans and a blue sweat jacket. Kate was strict with fear as the demented teenager looked at her smiling in a creepy way.

"Hello... Kate..." he said. Kate had tears flowing out her eyes.

"Who are you?" Kate whimpered. The teen smiled and slowly walked towards her.

"Why my name is Jeff." he said. He stopped at her sides and ran his hand across her furry belly. Kate cringed as it sent ticklish sensations through her body.

"And you, Kate Palmer, are my first patient." Jeff said. Kate looked around the dark room. It had a few windows but they were dirty but she could tell its 3:00 at night.

"First patient? What do you mean?" Kate asked fear clothing her voice. Jeff chuckled and grinned the most wicked grin ever.

"I need just as much patients... For a game." Jeff said. Kate cocked her head.

"Game? What do you mean game? START TALKING!" Kate yelled. Jeff laughed and looked at her sharply.

"Why... It's a game called "go to sleep"... You see, I slowly make you in pain until you go to sleep... How do I do that? Look to your left..." Jeff said. Kate slowly turned her head to the left. She saw nothing but blackness. Jeff smiled and pulled out a syringe needle and inserted it in Kate's right side. Kate screamed a little from the huge amount of pain. Jeff looked at Kate and grinned.

"Before you go to sleep... We must keep you up... This fluid will keep you alive... But, you'll feel so... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... So... Sooooooooo... So much pain... Pain... Pain..." Jeff said in a creepy happy tone. Kate began breathing faster. She could feel a warm spot in her lower regiones. She had just urinated herself. Jeff turned on another light. She sWe him go through a black closet he searched around in it. He then stopped and slowly turned around. He held up a scalpel. He then slowly walked back to the frightened Kate. He raised it and lowered it to Kate's belly.

"Ple-please... Don't do-do this..." Kate said, sobbing. She was so afraid. She had never felt so much fear in her life.

"It's too late, Katie... You already gotten the email..." Jeff said. Kate remembered... Around 12:00 before she went to bed, she had gotten an AOL email from a user named "Jefferson". The subject was just a bunch of random numbers and letters. She opened it and the next thing she knows she's here.

"Please... I want to go home..." Kate sobbed. Jeff shook his head.

"It is too late, my dear..." Jeff said. The scalpel touched the surface of her belly. She clenched her eyes shut. Prepared for the amount of pain. Jeff put a lot of pressure in her stomach abd the scalpel went in with a sound of flesh being ripped. Kate screamed horribly loud as it entered her body. Jeff drove the scalpel down her belly until it left a lot if blood seeping out the incision. Kate sniffed and began begging.

"Plesse! Don't kill me! Whatever I did to you, anything I did wrong, I AM SORRY!" she sobbed. Jeff looked at her and shook his head.

"The ONLY THING you did WRONG... Was that you opened the email... I'm sorry Kate..." Jeff laughed. Kate saw him put the scalpel down. He grabbed the folds of her cut and folded them so her muscles was showing. She began hyperventilating. The pain was too much. Jeff then reached for her bra. He forcefully ripped it off and threw it next to him. He grabbed her right breast and grabbed a pair of scissors. He carefully studied her nipple and he raised his scissors. He placed it at her nipple and he slowly closed the scissors. Kate bit her lower lip to hold in another scream. The scissors had a little bit of trouble cutting her nipple. Then, finally, the nipple was slowly and painfully cut off.

"AAAAAAUGH!" Kate screamed and ended with a sob. Jeff picked up her nipple and set It on a plate.

"Ond nipple down, one more to go." Jeff chuckled. He went to her left breast and placed the scissors on the nipple. He closed down on it and it popped off.

"AAAGH! STOOOOP!" Kate screamed. She tried to move but the chains were to strong. Jeff grabbed his scalpel and placed it at the part where her nipple used to be. Jeff poked it and began digging through her breast by twisting the scalpel. Kate began moaning loudly in pain. Jeff stopped poking the area of her nipple. Jeff grabbed the fold of the small cut and forcefully ripped it. Kate urinated herself more and screamed in pure pain.

"Let's take a look at the inside your breast..." Jeff said. He looked at the whittish yellow fat. He graabed the scalpel and cup and began scraping the fat in the cup. Kate began retching. She held in the urge to throw up. Jeff set the scalpel down once he was done scraping the fat off. He set the cup down and began ripping the folds off when he pulled down Kate's breast. Jeff looked down at her legs. He grinned and walked to her legs.

"Let's take a look at your shins..." Jeff said, pulling up Kate's left pants. Jeff grinned and pulled out a much bigger and sharper knife. Jeff placed it at her shins and poked the skin. Kate cringed in extreme pain. She had the hugest urge to vomit right now.

Jeff finally ended the huge incision to her foot. He set the knife down and folded the flaps if her cut apart. He saw the muscle that has been cut as well. He grabbed the flaps of the cut and pulled them apart. He saw the bone covered in blood. He grabbed a nail and a hammer and placed the nail on the bone. Kate gasped in horror as from what was going to happen. Jeff hammered down the nail and her shin bone completely detached from her knee bone. Kate could not handle thc pain. She had threw up what she had for dinner. She screamed and choked as the acid like fluid touched her cut open stomach. She coughed and sobbed.

"P-pl-please... I want to go home... I want my mom... I want my dad... I want Humphrey..." Kate sobbed miserably. Jeff cackled demonically for 5 minutes and quickly shot a evil glare at her.

"And I want to go to Ausrralia. And I too want my mother... Back... We can't have everything in the world, Katlyn! Get used to it." Jeff said. He grabbed the bone and jerked it out. Kate sobbed in pain, her face covered in snot and tears. Jeff threw the bone on the floor. He looked at her stomach and looked back at her.

"Are you hungry?" Jeff asked. Kate didn't look at him. She just kept her eyes closed.

"Kate, are you hungry?" Jeff asked again.

Silence.

Jeff grinned and walked to her. He stared at her for 5 minutes and grabbed her head and for Ed him to look at him.

"Kate! I said are you hungry?" Jeff yelled. Kate opened her eyes and shook her head.

"I-I-I... Don't want to eat..." Kate sobbed. Jeff cocked his head and raised his eyebrow.

"Don't want to eat? What's the matter with you?" Jeff asked, sarcastically. Kate closed her eyes again.

"Please... I just want to go- "

"WE ALL WANT A PLACE TO GO!" Jeff yelled. He stormed to another area and turned on a light. Right there was a reddish gray fridge. He opened it up and stormed in it. He pulled out a large sized white box. She couldn't see what was in it. He stormed to Kate and opened it up.

In it was some eggs and medium sized bits of bacon, cheese, chocolate syrup and hot sauce that looked like it was 4 weeks old. It smeelled awful. She moved her head away. It was intoxicating the room.

"Come on! This is your only- LOOK AT ME!" Jeff screamed moving her head for her to look at him.

"Open wide" Jeff chuckled. He grabbed a spoon and dug it in the horrible mess. He scooped it up and leaned it in Kate's face. She slowly opened her mouth and accepted the horrible food. She gagged at the taste and was a out to spit it out. Jeff covered her mouth. Kate closed her eyes and choked down the food. Jeff smiled and gave her a other scoop.

"There... Don't you feel better?" Jeff asked. Kate choked down the second scoop. Jeff chuckled sinisterly.

After 20 more minutes if eating the 4 week old breakfast, it was all gone. Kate began shivering and choking and coughing.

"There. It'll take a good 20 minutes." Jeff said. Jeff sat down in his chair and pulled out a knife. He began slightly leaving really small cuts on his hands and arms.

"So... Kate... How old are you?" Jeff asked, smiling. Kate coughed and spat out the bits of food.

"I-I-I'm 18.." Kate coughed nearly sobbing. Jeff grinned and poked his hand, a little drip of blood rising to the surface.

"Really? I'm 18 too. When's your birthday, Kate?" Jeff asked. Kate felt tears spring to get eyes. She began sobbing. Tommorow was her birthday...

"TO-TOMORROW!" Kate sobbed uncontrollably. Jeff chuckled.

"Mines March 12th." Jeff said. Kate tried to break out again. It was pointless still.

"Kate? Who is Humphrey?" Jeff asked. Kate then sobbed uncontrollably once again.

"He was my boyfriend..." Kate sobbed. Jeff chuckled.

"I am currently single. Ha ha." Jeff said. Jeff looked at the time on his watch.

"Ooh, 20 minutes up." Jeff said. He stood up and took out his knife.

"Kate... It's almost time for you to..." Jeff said. He looked at her with a demonic grin.

"Go to sleep..." Jeff said. Jeff literally stabbed the knife in her stomach and cut it open. Kate screamed once again and vomited.

Jeff looked at Kate's organs. He saw her heart beating. He decided not to mess with it yet. He grabbed his knife and grabbed her stomach. He then, painfully, cut it off. Kate threw up again and sobbed. Jeff stood there looking at her stomach. He grabbed his knife and he cut her stomach open. Kate watched in horror.

"Ready for some more breakfast?" Jeff asked. Kate screamed for help. Her heart was beating really fast.

Jeff grabbed her muzzle and he laughed the most wickedest laugh that'll make Satan cower in fear.

"OPEN WIDE!" Jeff screamed. He then shoved her entire stomach in her mouth. Kate's eyes widened and she choked. Jeff made her close her muzzle. Blood and digested food flowed out her mouth. Jeff looked at her heart. He laughed crazily while screaming incomprehensible words.

"CHRYUGGU GFHFHH GTER FHUFY!" Jeff screamed while laughing. He began physocopathically, walking to another area while Kate choked on her stomach.

"KATE! GO TO SLEEEEEEEEP! YAH-HAAAA!" Jeff screamed while he pulled out a chainsaw. He turned it on and walked towards Kate. Kate couldn't scream. She couldn't do nothing. She was only choking.

"UTYFYFDHYX FYCUVI ACHIH TIVXHII. SV CUCICY VHCTVJM U HBCHB! BLAAAAAAAAH!" Jeff screamed . The chainsaw reved up and he sliced Kate's lower half apart. Kate choked louder and screamed. Jeff then started singing a song in a heavy metal voice.

"There is something inside me

Through my anatomy, dwells another being

Rooted in my cortex, a servant to its bidding" Jeff continued singing his demonic melody. Kate's heart bested faster. Jeff started screaming incomprehensible words again.

"UGYCCYXCU I CICEEB IU. CX YU IVDEERH I. CYG. YYCY YBBCG" Jeff started skipping Physocopathically to the tools shed. He grabbed a sledge hammer and skipped back to Kate. He raised the hammer and abd smashed down on Kate's cut in half body. Blood splashed everywhere.

"Go to sleep..." Jeff said. He placed what was left of Kate in a closet. What was the closet full of?

Jeff turned off all the lights and left the torture chamber.

Jeff stood in the middle of his torture chamber, in the closet, he can hear all the girls he had killed. They were screaming, crying, sobbing, making any noise of terror, pain etc. Jeff smiled and closed his eyes.

"Shhh... Don't weep, girls... Jeff is here." he said quietly. He opened them and looked up and started to sing a lulabye.

Hush little sweeties, don't say a word, Jeff is gonna kill you and make you burn.

And if your corpses just won't burn, Jeff is going to bury you beneath the ferns.

Jeff ended his song with a menacing laugh. The girls screams stopped and it was utter silence.

"There we go... Hush sweet children..." Jeff said before raising a knife to his throat and slitting it.
