KKD: And now, to continue our Super Hero Time, here is the next level of Kamen Rider SEGA!

DISCLAIMER: KKD does not own anything used in this story other than the original characters, items, powers, etc. Kamen Rider is owned by Toei and Bandai. The other franchises and such used in this are owned by their respective owners.

KKD: Oh, and for those of you who have any story ideas on the side for SEGA, let me know in a review. Also, let me know how I'm doing so I can make this work. And thanks for those who sent in CPU ideas. If you've got anymore, please let me know, this time, they can be from ANY game involving SEGA, Nintendo, or Playstation. Now onto the story.

Level 3: Take to the Skies/Act 1-Overconfidence Much?

Izen Kamen Rider SEGA de! (Previously on Kamen Rider SEGA!)

"I believe the time has come," the figure, revealed to be clothed in a red cloak, on the left stated.

"Of course, soon, this world will feel the real power of the A.I.! Right boss?" the figure on the right wearing a gray cloak shouted before asking the remaining figure in the room.

"Of course, get ready to send the preparation waves to set up their technology for our plans to work," the last figure in blue stated before all three waved their hands, each with a different colored glowing aura before the image of the Earth seemed to spark with static.

"Watanabe Shinji, I presume?" Akio inquired.

"…someone from an alternate reality has somehow tampered with the barriers between dimensions and created that beast before us," Luna explained.

"We've been working on something, but our crews have had some trouble with it during the testing. However, thanks to you, I believe we have just the thing to perfect it," Akio explained. "We just fixed it… and made a few adjustments to it."

"Being in the police force, my family has always protected the innocent, even if it means disobeying orders. No matter the mission, no innocent deserves to die, and I'll protect as many as I can," Shinji stated to himself as he strapped the SEGA driver onto his waist forming the belt. "That is my oath not as an employee of the gaming company, but that of the protector of the innocent; as a Kamen Rider!"

-Cartridge Mode-

Shinji then pulled out his Sonic Genesis cartridge and inserted it into his driver as before.

-Now Loading…-

"HENSHIN!"

Shinji once again, Shinji flipped the power switch as he continued to drive.

"Load Complete! SEGA! *Sonic the Hedgehog's Intro Music*-

The pixels shot out again allowing Shinji to become SEGA once more. Another code then came up in SEGA's visor which Shinji inputted quickly into his Code Caster.

Next, SEGA was scanning the beast for way to destroy it. He then saw how weak the joints looked (they even looked like they were sewed together). Shinji then simply dashed his wheel onto the seams causing the beast pain. Eventually, the giant CPU stopped as the code on it's wrist (which is revealed to be the same code Ken used for his game) began to glow.

"If games taught me anything about giant bosses, it's that the large glowing spots on them are usually their weakest points," SEGA retorted before placing his Code Caster onto the dashboard of his bike and pressed the A button.

-CRITICAL POWER UTILIZE!-

With that, SEGA and his bike began to glow before SEGA started it up charging at the glowing spot.

"Rider Sonic Boom Bike Charge~!" SEGA shouted as he charged and impacted the glowing code on the wrist of the beast before zooming past it on the other side and skidding to a halt. "Game… Over!"

Suddenly, the beast collapsed in defeat before exploding. Shinji then heard the victory theme he heard in Sonic the Hedgehog so many times before as yet another S rank medal emerged from the explosion and landed in his hand.

In the present, we find Shinji, working on an assignment while somehow looking up some info on game characters as he normally does when he's not busy with his games themselves.

"It's been a while since I started this thing, so I may as well study up on whatever characters I can to be ready in countering them," Takeshi noted, reading up on the video game characters he knew of.

"You know you'll not do much good in that research if you look up only SEGA related characters," Ken chuckled.

"He's right," Luna agreed, walking in on the two boys. "If you remember the previous CPUs were all based off of PlayStation related characters. Try starting with that first."

"Gee, thanks Luna," Shinji replied as Ken groaned.

"Ever since she showed up, he's been focusing more on having her help than he does hanging out with his roomie," Ken groaned as a beeping was heard from Shinji's watch.

"Sounds like it's time," Shinji noted, earning a nod from Luna as Shinji ran off, and Luna held another game cartridge.

Cue Music

*The screen zooms in on the game the camera is focused on and then changes to see Shinji messing around with a game before getting an alarm from his watch (redesigned to communicate with SEGA's World Protection HQ). Then it changes to SEGA zooming off down the road on his SEGA Booster before the title appears*

This is my escape. I'm running through this world and I'm not looking back.

*We see Shinji relaxing and playing a game before his roommate comes in and nearly tackles him out of friendship and just being roomies.*

Cause I know I can go … Where no one's ever gone and I'm not looking back.

*Shinji is then seen walking to his class with Luna before we switch to them studying in SEGA's Anti-CPU Force HQ under the supervision of Akio.*

But how will I know when I get there?And how will I know when to leave?

*The scene changes to Ken, Shinji, and Luna scanning the video game store for new games, then it shows them taking turns playing games.*

We've all gotta start from somewhere, And it's right there for me.

*The view changes to Shinji staring at the horizon before the silhouettes of the A.I. in their cloaks in front of a background of digital 1s and 0s.*

The possibilities are never ending.

*Shinji then places on the SEGA driver before he henshined.*

I see it, I see it, and now it's all within my reach (Endless Possibility)

*SEGA is then seen with his powers in action against various CPUs inputting codes into his Code Caster once in a while before executing what the codes do.*

I see it, I see it now, it's always been inside of me (And now I feel so free)

*SEGA is then seen battling giant CPUs while on his SEGA booster before he seen as Shinji haning out with his friends*

Endless Possibility

*Shinji then looks upon the horizon with an aura of SEGA behind him before the scene pauses revealing to look similar to a game stat-up screen with the title comes up.*

After that quick round against a random Gnorc CPU, Shinji decided to relax with Luna at the video arcade.

"Man, I still can't believe you can still play these things after everything you've been through since becoming SEGA," Luna giggled.

"Hey, these things help me relieve stress," Takeshi chuckled as he continued to play, with Ken standing on the side, groaning in the process.

With the A.I. the black cloaked being growled as one of his creations lost to SEGA AGAIN!

"I've sent five of my creations at that foolish human, and he STILL defeats them!" Yons growled.

"Relax, Yons. Esag may have made a miscalculation on the fact that the locals are unaware of our presence, but it seems this SEGA is ground-based," Dentonin noted, walking in on Yons, causing him to gasp in realization.

"Ground-based? …Then maybe it's time I send in an aerial warrior. And there's no way that girl can no all of those creatures from those worlds."

"Good thinking. Let's keep an eye on that girl and see if she let's on something that you know which she doesn't."

With Shinji and Luna, the duo were working on homework; since they shared the same classes they thought it would be best to do it this way.

"Gosh… we haven't done this since we were last in school together," Shinji chuckled.

"I know," Luna giggled. "I also like the gaming sessions we have afterwards."

"Maybe we can try one of those Digimon games?"

"No… for some reason, I can't stand any games that have me playing as or against actual bugs."

"But you like Kamen Rider, and they're based off bugs."

"But they're still human. I don't like any pure bugs, including Digimon and those Pokemon I keep hearing of."

Unknown to the duo, Yons was watching them, and heard everything.

"Sounds like I found the perfect basis for my next CPU," the A.I. member chuckled, sending his energy through the waves that connected to the internet, so it would reach someone who owned a copy of a Digimon game.

Somewhere random, a kid was scavenging the internet in search of a code to find a specific Digimon in one of his games, when his email informed him of a new code to unlock one. He jumped at the chance, and before he knew it, he was on the way to becoming Yons' newest weapon against SEGA.

Later, Shinji and Luna were playing Marvel vs Capcom 2 on the Playstation since it calmed Luna of what happened earlier. Suddenly, Shinji's watch rang, announcing another CPU.

"Man… these A.I. guys must really want to take over, huh?" Shinji noted.

"Either that, or one of them has something against you," Luna agreed.

With that, Shinji got outside with Luna and readied his belt and Sonic cartridge.

=Cartridge Mode=

=Now Loading…=

"Henshin!"

=Load Complete… SEGA! *Sonic's Intro Theme*

"Incidentally, I found it troublesome to plug in the codes in the Code Castor," SEGA groaned as he boarded his motorcycle.

"I know, so I informed Akio-sama and he fixed that problem. All you have to is think it if it's been used before, or speak a key word or phrase if it's new, then the buttons will press themselves to activate the code," Luna informed.

With that, Shinji thought of using his SEGA Booster, suddenly causing his Code Caster to function like Luna said, and the normal bike to transform into the SEGA Booster.

"Whoa! Sugoi! Remind me to thank Akio-sama for this," SEGA noted before zooming off to the attack site with Luna on his tail in a car of her own.

At the attack site, SEGA arrived and stopped when he saw the CPU.

"Ugh! What a nasty bugger," SEGA groaned seeing the new CPU.

"What? Is he based off some ugly character?" Luna giggled via the speakers to SEGA's helmet.

"No, I mean he's literally an ugly BUG!"

Sure enough, the CPU this time was based after a bug, to be specific, the bug digimon known as Tentomon.

"KYAAA!" Luna screamed. "Sorry, Shinji-kun, you're on your own here."

"Oh well… I do most of the fighting anyway," SEGA sighed without much worry.

So, with that, SEGA began to charge at the CPU at his high sonic speeds, making the CPU dizzy. However, when SEGA was about to strike, Shinji got a huge shock from just touching the CPU.

"Man, that's weird… there's gotta be a way of overloading that creep," SEGA groaned as his code castor activated a code, and SEGA was surrounded by a lightning shield. "NOW we're talking!"

SEGA was able to strike at the bug with more ease, now. But, just as he was about to go for one more shot, the Tentomon CPU activated it's wings.

"OI! What's the idea? I can't fly!"

SEGA then tried to use his homing attack multiple times. However, since he's human, he tired out fairly easily since it was out of SEGA's reach, and regrettably was forced to have the CPU escape his grasp.

In the base of the A.I., Yons was cheering in victory.

"FINALLY! I found something that SEGA can't take down that easily!" Yons cheered with Esag and Dentonin watching, Dentonin groaned with a facepalm.

"I can't believe him. He's been like that ever since he created that thing," the red-cloaked A.I. member noted.

"He has been trying awfully hard since we started. So it's only natural that after losing so much, he be happy with the victory," Esag chuckled.

"Demo… we have a long way to go for our plan to be accomplished."

"True… but as soon as this Digimon CPU upgrades… it may be realized."

Akio and those at the base were attempting to analyze the CPU and discover any weaknesses.

"Seriously? How come you were too freaked out by bugs to help out?" Shinji snapped at Luna.

"Sumimasen… you know I hate bugs," Luna sighed.

"Besides, not even Luna knows everything," Akio pointed out. "We'll do what we can to search for data on this CPU. Until then… you two better figure something out."

Later, Shinji continued to play a game back at his room and tried to release his anger.

"I still can't believe it… just because I didn't get to try out this game with Luna, we couldn't be able to do a thing about the CPU," Shinji groaned as he played the Digimon game he wanted to try earlier.

Just then, Ken walked in, and noticed Shinji's expression.

"What's up man? Old friend giving you trouble?" Ken noted.

"You could say that," Shinji groaned, not looking away from his game.

"What CPU is it this time?"

"Some bug."

"Let me come this time. I might be able to help."

"I… I just don't know about that…"

Suddenly, Shinji's watch went off.

"Looks like that bug's back," Shinji groaned before rushing off to his bike. "Things were easier before all this."

Little did he know that Ken was following him the entire way.

Back at the next site, the Tentomon CPU was fighting off police officers that attempted to protect nearby citizens.

"BACK OFF YOU BEAST!" one officer shouted holding his gun to the bug, only of it to zap the gun, forcing the officer to drop it.

"I WILL ELIMINATE THOSE WHO CHALLENGE ME!" the Tentomon CPU growled.

Just then, SEGA, from the air in his lightning shield, used a homing attack on the CPU before it could do another thing.

"Not gonna let you beat me like before you overgrown beetle!" SEGA shouted before turning to the officers. "Officers, get these people outta here."

Cue: Sonic Boom! (From Sonic CD NA)

"Right!" the second officer replied before they escorted the citizens away and SEGA tackled the CPU away from the town.

"YOU AGAIN?" the CPU growled once SEGA got him into the nearby woods.

"I'm not gonna let you fly away this time!" SEGA replied before attacking the bug again.

This time, the CPU tried going hand to hand, but it was obviously inexperienced. It also had trouble getting past SEGA's lightning shield; it seemed it seemed to get hurt each time it struck.

"Finally. Finisher!"

=CRITICAL POWER UTILIZED!=

"Rider Sonic Charge!"

With an explosion, SEGA seemingly won, but there was something off.

"Ara? Where's the medal that comes out from those freaks?"

Then, much to SEGA's surprise, the explosion reversed and the Tentomon CPU revived.

"HUH?"

"Psyche! I absorbed that power you sent at me. Now I've got just the strength I need to level up," the CPU growled before he began to molt his red shell, revealing a blue hideous beetle-like CPU. "Say hello to the Kabuterimon CPU!"

"Oh crud," SEGA groaned when suddenly, Ken dashed in with an all rubber suit roaring wielding a metal rod.

"STAND BACK, SHINJI! I'VE GOT HIM!" Ken roared attacking the CPU as much as he could.

"KEN! DON'T! IT'S TOO DANGEROUS!" SEGA shouted as he saw that the Kabuterimon CPU successfully knocked Ken down.

Just then, the CPU began to charge up electricity at it's horn, which it blasted towards Ken, only for SEGA to get in the way and block the attack with his body, screaming in pain as the pause screen of the chapter's end appeared.

Jikai Kamen Rider SEGA

Ken: Sorry man, I guess I just got a little jealous of you being with Luna so much.

Akio: There must be someway to destroy that CPU.

Shinji: Now that he's digivolved, we have to do something else to catch that flying Digimon.

Ken: Here's where I come in to help.

Luna: Working with Ken, we came up with this.

SEGA: Just what I needed.

Sore wa kōdō o okosu toki ga kita! Reberu APPU! (Time to take action! Level UP!)

Level 4: Take to the Skies/The Techno Pilot vs Electro-Bug

*The Kanohi Hau zooms towards the camera before footage form the Nuvarangers' first chapter appears surrounded by the Kanohi Nuva*

Shinji (SEGA): First day on the job, and already knowing how to handle this. Talk about taking action, Nuvarangers!
