This is my second Uraboku fic, I hope you enjoy it. I've had this idea for a while now but I never had the time to actually write it down and put it up but now I do so here goes.

Prologue

Yuki stood on the balcony of the Twilight Mansion. The breeze was cool and whipped his hair to the side, the moon was a full silver disc in the sky that reflected off his youthful face.

He had just been informed by Tachibana that there will be a new Zweilt pair coming to the mansion, they would've come sooner but they were away for a mission for quite awhile now. But now they are returning and will be here in the morning.

Yuki was quite excited about this, he's always excited to meet new people and make new friends.

"Yuki," a smooth voice murmured behind him. Yuki turned around and smiled at Luka, "Hey Luka," he greeted the gorgeous Duras.

Luka smiled softly at the object of his affections. Yuki was bathed in moonlight, his beautiful face outlined against the moon. His golden eyes glittered at him with warmth, his hair shifting as the wind blew it to the side. Yuki was just beautiful, man or woman Yuki was the essence of beauty. And of course that warm, loving glow of Gods light that would protect the world even at the cost of his own life…

In other words, Luka sometimes just had to control himself around the male, so he wouldn't give any too obvious hints about their past together… How they were once lovers…

Luka snapped out his reverie when Yuki spoke up again, "Tachibana-san told me that a new pair of Zweilts are coming." He said with a soft smile.

Luka nodded and approached him slowly, his long black coat whipping slightly in the wind, "Yes, they arrive in the morning," he murmurs.

Yuki smiled, "I'm glad," he says as he turned back to look at the full moon, it reminded him of Luka's eyes, "Making new friends are always fun,"

"It won't be as easy to make friends with them as you think," Touko says from behind them, overhearing the conversation as she stepped onto the balcony, followed by her younger brother Tsukumo. He was munching on a bag of chips and looking at his sister as they walked over to the two.

Luka was slightly annoyed that they had interrupted his private time with Yuki as the strawberry blond says, "Huh? What do you mean by that?"

Touko ignored Luka's 'look of death' and says, "Well, maybe I should re-word that, it will be easy enough to make friends with Ai, who is known as God's love, but her partner, Zero, might prove to be difficult,"

"God's love?" Yuki let that new bit of information sink in before saying, "What's her partner like?"

"He's so emo, he hardly ever talks and is so cold to everyone but Ai!" she pointed at Luka, "Just like HIM!"

Luka glared daggers at the woman while Yuki laughed, "Oh really?" he mused, "He does sound like a piece of work…"

"But he has his good side too," Tsukumo chimes in, "He's very strong, determined and a genius. He may come off as cold, but if you get to know him well enough, he is kind, caring person."

"You sound like you're in love with him," Touko teased her brother lightly.

Tsukumo blushed and looked away, "A- am not."

All three laughed while Luka just took note of everything that had been said.

"Well, what's Ai like?" Yuki asks after awhile.

"Ohh Ai…" Touko says with a smile, "you two were very close in the past life, you two were BEST friends!"

Yuki brightened at this bit of information, "Really? That's so cool I can't wait to meet her then!" he says brightly, smiling cutely.

Luka stayed silent, he had already met these Zweilts and could already tell that Yuki and Ai will get along just fine.

It was Zero he was concerned about.

He looked up at the full moon as Yuki and Touko chatted away, only one thought running through his head.

'This ought to be interesting….'

Okay, theres the prologue, short I know but the chapters to come will be much longer, I promise :3
