It all started with the French and Indian war
We won and had it all just like we wanted and
the British came and pushed the natives out
faster then you could say sabotage
they never saw it comin', never had expected it!
They underestimated just who they were dealing with
In the distance you know we could hear the drums!
In 1763 they passed the proclamation.
George was no saint And he's not what you think
Here come the Red coats!
Sugar, Stamp, and Townshend acts!
Soon he's gonna find messing with the colonist wont get him very far.
He should keep in mind, he should keep in mind, there is nothing we do better than revenge!
How'd it end up this way, just a harmless snowball fight?
Five are dead lying on the floor helplessly.
Red coats are now on trial!
So the British dropped the taxes on all but tea.
Sugar, Stamp, And Townshend was now a part of history!
It was late at night and we snuck on the boats dressed up as Indians.
Threw all the tea overboard!
Woke up next morning found it all floating in the sea.
Took some paddles and wacked it back down to the deep!
Word travels fast and when king George
Found out he had lost $700,000
Worth of tea
That man was not happy.
As we did he hit us stuck with the
War was approaching fast, We knew peace wouldn't last. We aint got a lot of time to train!
Battle of Lexington and Concord approaching to quickly!
But we aint gonna stand for no " Taxation without Representation"!
Though at Lexington we failed,
Those men died knowing it was all for Freedom!
At concord was a different story.
We took the British by surprise.
Now they know we're not joking around,
The British better watch out!
Cuz' our freedom is near and we are on our way!
Oh we are on our way.
King George, You are gonna pay!
