Story title; cutscene
Oikake remained in hot pursuit of his arch-nemesis, Pacman. It would not be long now before the crimson coloured ghost would finally capture that annoying, spherical, yellow and eyeless nuisance once and for all. He despised Pacman. He despised Pacman with every fibre of his ghostly being.
Pacman appeared fresh out of ideas; there were no power pellets present in the arena, so he retreated to a tunnel situated on the west.
Oikake was quick to follow him through the tunnel. He could sense Pacman was slowing down, or was it he who was speeding up? Yes, it was Oikake who was moving faster; the thrill of the hunt fuelling him with adrenaline. Oikake was but a hair away from touching him. Finally, after such a lengthy period of time, he would capture him. Defeat him. Conquer him.
Suddenly... Pacman increased to five times his original size.
He was huge.
He transformed into a giant yellow ball of death.
Oikake widened his eyes in fear; there was no way he could capture something that big. Swallowing his pride, Oikake ran away from the colossus freak of nature, retreating to his little base with all the other ghosts.
"Oikake! Where have you been?" asked Machibuse, the pink ghost; her eyelashes fluttered with concern.
Oikake breathed heavily, still traumatised from his recent encounter. "Pacman. He got big. Really big."
Kimagure, the orange ghost, could not help but chuckle at that remark. "Pacman... grew bigger? Have you been taking drugs again?"
"I'm serious!" Oikake retorted, "He's like increased to five times his original size!"
Otoboke, the cyan ghost, rolled his eyes.
"Yeah... and I just move around randomly," he joked.
