My second story. Please don't hate me if it's rubbish!

Amelia Smith is a twelve-year-old girl that rushed to hospital after collapsing. She had developed a serious and fatal case of anorexia and only had several hours to live. Her parents abandoned her at the hospital and died in car crash on the way home, leaving her alone. Carlisle then saved Amelia and she joined the Cullens, forgetting all about her past life. But will she find out?

21st June 2012 – New Cross Birmingham Hospital – 1:02am

"I've tried to give her medication but her body is refusing it." Carlisle informs Jack and Sophie Smith; the parents of Amelia Smith. "I'm sorry; your daughter will be dead in less than 5 hours." Sophie started crying in the middle of the waiting room.
"She won't even see the sunrise." She said in between sobs. Jack put his arm around her, trying to hold back tears himself.
"Do you want to say goodbye to her?" Carlisle offers. Sophie shook her head.
"No, I can't bear it!" She screams into Jack.
"We have to go." Says Jack in a shaky voice. "Thank you for doing all you could, Dr. Cullen." He leads Sophie out the waiting room and Dr. Cullen watches them go. Alice knew what was about to happen. The Smith couple would get in their car but never get home. He could almost hear the car crash. He heard a terrified scream from Amelia's room and his non-beating heart broke. He would save her. He stormed into the empty room, just to see the 12 – year – old girl alone lying in the hospital bed, writhing in pain. He whispered to her.

"Don't worry. I'm going to help you." Amelia nodded. She trusted Dr. Cullen, he had treated her when she had swine flu and when she'd broken her leg from jumping from the roof, into a trampoline and into the tree next door. He bent towards her neck and bit into it. She screamed louder than before as the fire coursed through her blood, setting it on fire. It felt like an adrenaline rush, like when she went on the Hollywood Tower ride in DisneyLand Paris with her family. Her memories started to fade, she couldn't even remember her parents' names or how she got in that hospital bed in the first place. Slowly and reluctantly her eyes began to droop, lulling her into a deep sleep.
