Hello all my dear friends and readers! I am finally back and I present to you a brand new piece of work! I wrote this around midnight when I couldn't sleep and I started thinking about Ingo and Emmet. I also read some stories where the writers give Ingo a little bit of a negative personality, so I decided to give it a try. I hope you enjoy it!
Note: Emmet's voice and wish are in Italic.
When You Wish Upon A Star
"When you look up at the evening sky, what do you see?" I ask my brother one evening.
"I told you already, Emmet. The only thing I see are a bunch of stars, and nothing more. Now will you please stop asking me stupid questions and please leave me alone?"
After that remark, Ingo left the balcony and entered his bedroom, slamming the door behind him.
I wish my brother wasn't like this. He would become angry at anything that came his way; whether it was a Subway battle or mere questions from me, challengers, or anybody else in Nimbassa City.
He was never himself…
When he looks at the night sky, all he sees is a bunch of stars…
But when I look at the night sky, I see not a bunch of stars, but a bunch of wishes and opportunities.
I use this to my advantage…
When I see a shooting star dart through the sky, I make one wish that has been on my chest for quite a while now…
I wish…
"Please let my older twin brother, Ingo, return to the way he was in the past. He is no longer happy and cheerful. For a while he's been really angry and full of hatred for everyone, even me, and his Chandelure. So I ask, if possible, he would return to the happy and cheerful older brother he used to be."
After I made my wish, I leave the balcony, head off into my own bedroom, and then I went to bed. As I'm falling asleep, I could only think about one thing…
If my wish for my brother would ever come true…
I hope you liked it! Like I said earlier, I wrote this around midnight, so I hope I did a good job. In my perspective, I think it turned out well.
With that final note…
