Penny`s Bad day

Sheldon was playing a role playing game on his computer. When he heard heard loud banging and some harsh words coming from next door.

"Sheldor AFK." Sheldon spoke into the microphone headset he was wearing. He set the laptop down on the table and went to door opened it to see what was going on across the hall.

He found Penny fighting with her keys, trying to get into her apartment so she could put her groceries away.

"Penny?"

"Yes Sheldon?" Penny said, frustrated.

"Did you know, That you are trying to open your apartment with your car keys?"

"Yes. Only my keys are stuck and it won`t give them back."

"Did you call a lock smith?"

"Yes."

She turned towards him, accidentally spilling one of her bags. She picked up her groceries to have the bottom of the bag break and spill everything all over again.

"Crap. Will this day never end? First I tried out for a antidepressant commercial with fifty other`s and they refused me because I look to Midwestern. What is to Midwestern? I haven`t had sex in six months. A fly flew into my open mouth and I swallowed it."She slumped against the wall and slid all the way down to curl up with her face pressed against her knees.

"Would you like to wait in our apartment for the locksmith?"

"No I would like to sit here on this freezing cold floor Sheldon." Her voice dripped with sarcasm.

"Okay." He turned towards the door.

" Sheldon." She got up off the floor and walked into Sheldon`s apartment.

As he held the door for her. "Just when I thought I had gotten the hang of sarcasm."

There wasn`t anyone else home. 'Why Sheldon? She thought. 'Why not Leonard? At least I can talk with him.'

Sheldon just went on and played his game, ignoring her. It wasn`t until Sheldon show her the basics of the game of the game that she realized this was something she and Sheldon could share.

Leonard came up the stairs to their apartment and all the spilled groceries outside of Penny`s apartment. "Penny, did you know you had groceries in the hallway? I only say because your Ice cream is melting and it`s starting to call to wildlife."

"Yeah. Yeah. It`s okay."

When Leonard came farther into their apartment. He saw Sheldon and Penny sitting next to each other, using Sheldon`s laptop.

He waved him over. "I could use some context about now."

Well Sheldon told him how Penny had tried to open her door with her car keys and they got stuck, then one of her grocery bags broke open. She hasn`t had sex in six month`s and she had swallowed a fly.

Penny didn`t even notice when Leonard entered the apartment.

"I found a treasure chest! I`m rich!" She cried out.

"One treasure chest and she think she`s rich; what a newbie." Sheldon said.
