Sonnet: a poem, properly expressive of a single, complete thought, idea, or sentiment, of 14 lines
Your Eyes
What I see when I look in your eyes
Are all the stars shining in all the night skies.
When they are grey,
They brighten my day.
When they turn,
I think of what we have been.
I love you Anne,
And I hope you love me.
Deep down inside
Is what I'm waiting to see.
I think of the years that you're not by my side.
I think of the years that I'll just have to bide.
I'm saddened by all the times that I've tried,
But joy's all I see when you look in your eyes.
