First, I noticed my head pounding. My eyes fluttered open; mind fogged. I was in a small, empty room. I looked down at my wrists; they were tied with thick rope to the armrest of a wooden chair that was bolted to the ground. I tested the ropes. After I did so I noticed a dull throbbing in my arms. Too tight I thought. I looked around the room looking for a door. I saw none. No windows either. I sighed and waited. I waited for what seemed like hours, and then I heard a small rush of wind as a door opened and a small thud as it closed. I craned my neck to see who had come in. All I saw was a stainless-steel cart, with multiple tools on it, being wheeled towards me. I sensed someone with me and I heard their footsteps. As my mind cleared, a myriad of questions ran through my head.
Where am I?
How did I get here?
Why am I here?
I wanted answers.
"H-hello?" I stuttered. "Who are you? What am I doing here?"
I received no answer. "I know you're here. I heard you," I said. There was still no answer.
I then felt fingers lift my chin. I shivered at the chilled touch. "Please, show yourself," I pleaded.
I blinked and finally saw who the mystery fingers belonged to.
A man stood in front of me. A bald man with cold, dark eyes and a mouth sewn shut. He was wearing a white lab coat, but nothing to signify his name or where I was.
My heart rate quickened. I was building up a scream in my throat. The man saw my rising panic and gently put a finger to my lips to calm me down. He then reached for something on the table. My eyes followed his hand. He grabbed a scalpel.
A/N: A random story that came from my... I guess you could call it, overactive imagination. I may add more. I need help making a decision though. Should creepy doctor guy cut the ropes or start an some horrifying operation.
