Since I like the Daniko tea ceremony scene in Karate Kid Part Two, I might as well make a different version of the story where I can make more dialouge between this couple.
Read and enjoy!
Main Pairing: Daniel/Kumiko
I walked over to this place where they had a tea ceremony while getting closer to the window with a broken glass. I take a look at it until a familiar sight hit me. It turns out to be Kumiko who is already in there, facing to the left with her knees on the pillow. Man, I had never seen her so beautiful in that kimono. I think it's part of her style, according to her culture. Afterwards, I reached over to the door and opened it. I can see Kumiko smiling as I stand in the doorway. I smiled as I waved to her before closing the door behind me. When I walked over to the other pillow while getting on my knees, I flashed a smile towards her.
"So, is this seat taken?" I asked.
Kumiko sadly looked down on the ground in defeat. "Sure." she said quietly.
I looked at her in concern before speaking up, quickly, "I'm sorry."
"For what?" she asked, glancing at me.
"I'm sorry about your village," I said, "I can't believe Sato threatens to destroy it if Miyagi still refuse to fight."
"It's okay, Daniel-san." Kumiko told me, "You don't have to apology. I already accept it."
We both smile at each other as I watched her holding up a red cloth while performing it in a Japanese style.
"Wha-what is this?" I asked, confused.
"It's a tea ceremony," she explained, "It's part of Japanese culture. You know how it goes?"
I nodded, completely understood this.
As I still watching performed this tea ceremony, I quickly responded, "Man, you did good. Where did you learn it?"
"From my auntie."
Once the tea ceremony is done, I put down the cup on the table after I drink it all the way down.
"This tea is not so bad," I said, smiling at Kumiko.
"I'm glad you like it, Daniel-san."
"Thanks for inviting me over."
"Do Itashimashite (you're welcome)."
While the wind begins to blow outside, Kumiko reached her hand over to the hair tie and removed it, releasing her hair as it flows down to her back. I looked at her in an dazed look. She sure is beautiful, especially her hair. I had never seen her so pretty with her long hair. As we leaned forward to our faces, we started to kiss which is actually our first kiss. It reminds me of my kiss from Alli but this one is different. After that, we pulled our lips away to each other, breathless.
"I love you," I said, looking deeply in her eyes.
"I love you too," she said.
We share our kiss once more until the village is hit by a typhoon. I get the feeling that it's going to be a bad sign.
"Oh no!" Kumiko cried in horror as the light went off.
"What's wrong?" I asked her.
"Quickly." she said, dragging me out of the room,"There's danger. We must go."
"Why? I don't understand." I said as we ran off, holding hands.
"Big storm. Be here soon. Not safe here."
"Where are we going now?"
"Back to village."
As we ran towards the village, I swear that it's going to be a big typhoon which is strong and heavy. Man, I hope Yukie and Mr. Miyagi are okay for now.
