It was another beautiful morning in the forest. The sun was just showing its golden face. All the animals were heading off somewhere. And by how fast they were going, it was somewhere very important.
An old owl was just getting ready to sleep, when all of a sudden...
A young yellow-skinned kid named Bart Simpson and his sisters Lisa and Maggie began to thump their feet.
"Wake up!" called Bart. "Wake up, Owl!"
"It's happened!" Lisa said.
"What's happened?" Owl asked.
"The new prince is born!" Bart called.
All the animals ran into a thicket where they found a girl in a green dress that looked like it was made from leaves named Raina, resting by the glade, holding her new baby.
"Well", said Owl, "this is quite an occassion. It isn't every day a prince is born. You're to be congratulated, Raina."
"Yes, congratulations", said Marge, the mother of Bart, Lisa and Maggie.
"Thank you very much", said Raina. Then, she turned to her baby as she said, "Wake up. We have company."
The baby's eyes opened. The baby was a baby with beautiful golden hair, and he wore a blue shirt, dark blue pants and had a green backpack on his back.
"Hello there", said Owl.
"Hello, little prince", said Marge.
"Hello, little prince", said Bart and Lisa.
Owl hooted and the baby looked up towards him. Owl leaned down closer as he made his hooting sound. This made the baby hide a bit. Owl chuckled.
The baby smiled back.
"Look!" Bart said. "He's tryin' to get up."
The baby made a few wobbly steps as he turned to Bart.
"Kinda wobbly, isn't he?" asked Bart.
"Bart", said Marge in a warning tone.
"Well, he is."
The baby made a little roar sound, which backed him up, right into Raina!
"Looks to me like he's gettin' a little sleepy", said Owl.
He yawned as Raina picked him up.
"I think it's time we left", said Owl. And with that, he shooed all the little birds away.
As Bart tuned to go, he stopped and asked Raina, "What'cha gonna call him?"
"I think I'll call him...Finn", said Raina.
"Finn", repeated Bart. "I guess that'll do all right."
"My little Finn", said Raina lovingly, as she rocked him to sleep.
And as she did that, her husband, Cedric, the Great Prince of the Forest, looked on from a rock.
Well, that was quite a start to our adventure. Up next, we'll have more fun with Finn and Bart. Stay tuned!
