This is pretty much the Animorphs being different from the books. Jake can't use an arm. Cassie has a mood disorder. Rachel's deaf. Marco has dyslexia. Ax is crippled, and Tobias is mute. Elfangor lives!

Me: I decided to be nice to Tobias.
Tobias: This, is nice?
Me: Do you remember last time? If Elfangor hadn't broke into your uncle's house you would be dead, just because your window squeaked.
Tobias: Yeah, but this?
Me: Oh come on it's just like Tay-Sachs.
Tobias: No it's not.
Me: … bad example?
You all: Yeah.
Me: Whoops. Well he's the second story of which this is in. It's also in Switched. Yeah Tobias has a moment in the Great Hall. Poor Fred. :{(
Tobias: Elfera (thank the gods) doesn't own Animorphs.
Me: But I do own the disease. I should make it into an original book series! With aliens! Wait… how'll that work? Oh I know how it'll work! Aliens that like to mate with other species! Okay random Tobias and Rachel video? Check. Okay I'm ready to write!
Tobias' POV
I was in class when it first happened. The teacher for kids with special needs was going on, and on about the same thing she tells us every single day. Personally I think she needs mental help. I was just sitting there when I felt a hot burning pain in my head. It was like my head was on fire!
I closed my eyes, and tried to block it out, but I couldn't. Then someone started to poke me, I looked up and saw Rachel looking at me with a worried expression.
Are you alright? She asked. I nodded.
Yeah.
"Tobias, Rachel." I jumped, and looked up at the teacher. Rachel looked as well. "Are you two done flirting? I assigned a partner project."
I blushed, and looked over at Rachel, who was also blushing.
"I guess this means you two are partners." The teacher said. "Now get to work, it's on the board."
Git. Rachel signed when she turned her back. I grinned at her.
Totally.
A little trip into the television series moment that will go wrong.
Thanks for walking with me. Rachel said to me, as we walked to her house.
Sure I said smiling at her shyly. I probably should get going. I was about to walk away when Rachel went in front of me.
You know I saw a hawk flying over my house this morning.
What makes you think it was me? I asked smiling at her, to pretty much say. It was me, I'm guilty. Ugh.
Something about the way it flew. That's when I grew serious, and turned to look at the sky. Then I looked back at her.
Do you ever wish you could just, fly away? I asked. Rachel stopped smiling. She just stood there thinking about it. Then lightly nodded.
Sometimes.
"Smile." I jumped, and looked over, Rachel did the same. Then a flash of light. "Now you have a new picture of your bo-o-oyfriend."
"Sara." Rachel said. Sara let out a small giggle, and then…
My head burned just like it did during class. Only this time a hundred times worse. I moved my hands to my head, and closed my eyes.
"Tobias?"
While the pain was in my head, I had a different feeling in my chest. A nice bubbly, cheerful feeling that made me want to laugh. I fell to my knees, and put my head to my chest.
"Tobias! Sara, get Mom now!" Someone knelt down, a hand touched my arms, and then… the pain, and bubbly feeling was numbed down. Then without meaning to I lashed at the hand.
"Ow!" a voice cried as I fell against the pavement, glaring up at Rachel as if she was a threat.
Stop it! I yelled at myself. Rachel clutched at her bloody hand. Did I? Oh gods, Rachel!
"Tobias?" Rachel whispered. "What?" her voice sounded so hurt.
"Rachel?" a voice called. "Sara told me it was an emergency, what's going… oh my…" My head jerked over at the woman in the doorway of a house. "What?"
"Get 911!" Rachel cried tears running down her face. Then she turned to me.
"Calm down. Please." Couldn't she see I was trying to! I couldn't help it! I tried to stand, but then I felt arms push me down. I glanced up to see Rachel's mom. My arms reacted by lashing out at her.
"Ow!" Rachel's Mom cried as she stared at the bleeding marks I caused on her arm. Then, everything went black.
You: THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL BEING NICE?
Me: Yeah, deal with it. So much drama, and a cliffhanger. Poor you. I'm so glad I'm not reading this.
