Sitting in the silence was the easy thing when my parents came down they questioned me "Why are you sat in the silence dear?"

I replied "Why aren't you?"

They looked at me as if I just confessed to murder my mum repeated "Why are you sat in the silence?"

I answered "Because I want to, now if you don't mind leave me alone!"

The latch quietly clicked as the door closed and my parents disappeared. Everything was finally silent again! However a small rustle came from outside. I looked out and opened my window only to find nothing outside but the trees dancing as the wind pushed them back and forth, the leaves created massive mountain on the ground. That pretty much summed up that there was no-one there. So I gave up looking and went back to sitting on my bed gazing into mid air. There it was again the rustle!
