Deep Running Wounds
Whoever said that
Love like deep down resentment
Could heal the wounded?
Linda
Idyllic sunlight
Plays amongst her golden hair
Sad eyes that don't cry
Beautifully Brave
Beauty, full of heart
She has a special smile that
Changes grief to warmth
Night-time
I'd like to think it
Doesn't count, tears in my sleep
But you know better
It would be a beautiful garden, Linda
If I could forget
My pain, I'd take all your tears
And plant a garden
The Storm Inside
These shadows are
not real;
the raging storm is
my imagination
in all my sadness
Missing you beside me at night
I'm only cold inside
