Part for the stars

I completely changed this, I was posting it and realized I didn't like it all that much...so I changed it and I really feel as if this were the better one lol

Where only would time stand for us

And where we part for the stars

Our fires ignited with the pure light of traveling stars

When we find that mortality will fall yet all are immortal

In life we gave it all, even life itself

But we part for the stars

Even if only for a moments glance

And time parts only for us

And yet we would part

If not only for the stars
