Author's Note:  This is what I'm going to come up with sometime down the road, most likely after I complete one of my other works in progress.  Might make it a cooperative battle between writers, but I haven't decided as of yet.  Figure I'll do that when the time comes.

Battle Royale!

It is a battle between many worlds and dimensions.  A battle between heroes, and villains. 

This...is Battle Royale. 

A tournament for warriors, magiks, Jedi, superheroes, mystical creatures, martial artists, villains, Sith, mutants, and monsters to battle to prove their worth.  Loser is returned to their original point of entry, while the winner continues on to fight better and more powerful opponents.  During the tournament, when one loses, the winner is allowed to chose one ability that their opponent had, and will be granted it immediately.  In the end, the canniest, experienced, skilled, and powerful will win.

All worlds and universes that the participants come from will have a constant live feed of every battle, able to watch their favorites battle.  Even if their chosen fighter falls, they will continue to get the feed until the end of the tournament.

Winner of the tournament will be declared the best fighter in existence, as well as receive a large monetary reward for their efforts (in their home currency of course).  Upon which, they will be returned to their home, removed of all their added powers and abilities.
