This is a collection of stories about Hermione Granger and Tom Riddle. No Voldemort here, probably, and nothing M rated, but there will be dark things and happy things, and I hope you enjoy it.

Abort
This was written for the Cross-Gen Boot Camp Challenge over on Harry Potter Fanfiction Challenges. I used prompt 8. Abort.
This wasn't supposed to happen. Hermione was not supposed to have fallen for the Dark Lord's teenage self, Tom Riddle. She was supposed to go in, gain his trust, and then kill him. Or at least root out his weaknesses. She knew all about them now, but was unsure if she would actually tell anyone about them as she wouldn't want to risk him dying or being injured, especially if she was the cause of it.
The young witch had definitely gained his trust and should have been home weeks ago. There had been talk of her becoming his Dark Lady, the Queen to his Knights of Walpurgis. The Queen to his King. She had fallen too far. Much too far. Down to the very bottom of his dark pit of seduction and secrets, of charming and charismatic Tom Riddle, with the perfect hair and mind. It was time to get out. She had to abort before she told him everything that she knew. Before she couldn't climb back out.
It was time to talk to Dumbledore.
Back in the Present. Hermione found that Tom had used some of her ideas for a slow, insidious, and surprisingly legal takeover of the Ministry. She also found herself in a cell, trapped inside by the distinctive caress of Tom's magic, kept there so he could keep her as a plaything.
So he could teach her that crossed Tom Riddle and got away with it.
Nobody.
