Naruto and Itachi were tired out from the fair and getting on rides. They were now sitting on a sand hill on the beach. Naruto looked out at the nice ocean view and sniffed in the nice smell of the ocean. The waves crashed up against the sand and then smoothly flowed back out into the large blue body of water. Naruto had at least been able to get Sasuke off his mind for a while and that made him happy because watching couples at the fair only made him want to cry again.

"Should we go now?" Itachi stood up and the blond sighed, getting up as well. He hated seeing his little Kitsune sad and depressed so doing something nice for him every once in a while got the blond to act like his normal hyper self.

"Let's walked for a bit." He held his hand out and Itachi grabbed it. The Uchiha figured he should let Naruto do whatever he wanted to get his mind off of Sasuke.

"This is nice!" Naruto beamed, pulling the Uchiha along.

"Yeah. I guess." Itachi agreed, looking out at the setting sun.

"You don't really express yourself much do you?" Naruto looked back at the taller man, his blue eyes shimmering from the reflection of the sun.

"Shut up!" The raven pushed the blond into the water and Naruto's mouth gaped, he looked down at his clothes and they were now soaked.

"T-Tach I'm all wet!" Naruto got up and stomped his feet. His golden hair was dripping wet and his clothes stuck to his body so tight that Itachi felt all the heat in his body go south.

"Not my problem." Itachi scoffed and the blond turned bright red, puffing out his cheeks cutely. He then grabbed the man's hand and pulled him into the water.

" –Seriously Naruto?" Itachi's wet bangs covered his eyes and his clothes were soaking wet. He really didn't mind getting wet but later he was going to be cold, even though his personality was a bit cold if anything Itachi Uchiha hated literally being cold.

"Hahaha! That's why you shouldn't let your guard down around me." Naruto laughed at the man sitting in clear blue ocean water.

"Ow. There's salt water in my eyes." Itachi rubbed his eyes and the blond kneeled down with a worried look in his eyes.

"I'm sorry. Don't rub them, let me see." Naruto pushed the man's silky wet bangs back; Itachi then opened his eyes.

"Just kidding." Itachi pulled the blond into a lip lock and Naruto blushed before pushing the man away.

"That was a mean joke." He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and Itachi laughed, getting up out the water.

"Come on let's head back. My father is probably worried about me." Naruto began walking back up the hill and Itachi followed behind him, shaking the water out of his hair.

"It's cold now." Naruto opened up the car door and got inside.

"I'm cold too." Itachi's teeth chattered as he got in the driver's side and closed the door. Naruto buckled himself in and soon the car was speeding down the street.

"Did you know my parents are having a barbeque?" The Uchiha turned turned onto the highway.

"Wah! Really, no one told me." Naruto pouted.

"Yeah. Our parents are close so I'm sure that Minato-san and Kushina-san know about it." If the Uchiha's were having a party the Uzumaki's/Namikaze's were always the first to know about it. They had been close since Itachi, Naruto and Sasuke were babies well that is because Kushina and Mikoto always made the boys have play dates and all that stuff.

Itachi just wondered how his mom and dad would react when they found out that Sasuke cheated on his beloved Naruto; not to mention Mikoto loved Naruto like her own child and she and Fugaku promised Kushina and Minato that Sasuke would be nothing but great to their son.

"Now that I think about it they've been keeping anything Uchiha related to themselves because I would always start crying over Sasuke." Naruto tapped his finger on his chin.

"And Sasuke's going to be there." Itachi smirked.

"Ugh, I really don't want to see him." Naruto ran his fingers through his blond locks and Itachi sighed.

"I know but think about. We'll be together and he'll be," The raven hinted.

"Alone! That's great we can totally torture him by acting like a couple!" Naruto punched his fist into the palm of his hand and smirked. He and Itachi being together was a really bad idea because they were trouble makers.

"Should we try really dating since we've kissed like twice?" Itachi stopped at a stop light and Naruto blushed.

"I guess that'll make it more believable." Naruto rubbed his chin in deep thought. "My father said something about that last week as well." Naruto remembered.

"Okay then it's settled." Itachi stepped on the gas peddle and Naruto yawned.

'But am I really ready? What about Sasuke?' Naruto couldn't get Sasuke off his mind. Even though he really hated him at the moment he still loved him.

"Don't worry, we won't get too serious since I know that you're still not over my brother." Itachi reassured and the blond sighed in relief. He didn't feel as much pressured hearing those words come from Itachi.

"So if I wanted to take Sasuke back you'd let me?" Naruto asked, tilting his head to the side.

"Well he is my brother and if he makes you happy then I'm willing to let you go. That is if he changed his ways." Itachi looked at the blond knowingly.

"Not that I'm thinking about taking him back but I don't want to hurt you in the future if that ever crosses mind." Naruto stated, leaning his head up against the window.

"Kit, I don't get that hurt easily." He laughed and Naruto sucked his teeth.

"Naruto I'm sorry but I promise I'll do whatever it takes to get you back!" Naruto remembered those words and his heart skipped a beat.

'That kind of sounded like the Sasuke Uchiha I fell in love with but then again he is a very sly teme.' Naruto huffed his breath. The day had been very stressful and tiring but he was happy he got to have another fun day with Itachi.

'I never noticed how kind and giving this person is…' Naruto looked at the man who was driving and Itachi showed him a smile; Naruto's heart skipped a beat and he quickly turned his head. 'What the hell was that?...M-My heart just sped up.' The blond's face felt like it was on fire and he tried not to look at the man.

~An Hour Later~

...

"Good night." Naruto waved after he got out of Itachi's car, he held his suit case in his hands and Itachi winked.

"Have a good sleep." Itachi said smoothly. Naruto nodded and back away from the car. The car soon pulled off and sped down the street. When the car was out of site Naruto quickly made his way over to his car. He got in and took off his shirt and shorts. He quickly kicked off his shoes and put on a v-neck shirt and then a pair of jeans with some white sneakers. 'Dad would flip out if he saw me in that other outfit.' Naruto sighed after he was finished and exited his car with his suit case in his hands. He ran up the steps to the house and rung the doorbell. Not a second later,

"Welcome back." Minato opened the door, looking at his son with fierce blue eyes.

"What?" Naruto cocked an eyebrow and walked into the house, he kicked off his shoes and Minato groaned.

"I see you went to get your things." His father hissed, folding his arms across his chest.

"Yes." Naruto began walking up the steps and Minato followed him.

"I told you that when you decided to do that to tell me because I wanted to kick that man's ass!" Minato shouted, following Naruto into his room.

"Daddy I couldn't let you do that. You could really killed him." There was a hint of laughter in his son's voice.

"Why do you care?" Minato grunted.

"Because I still love him." Minato froze after hearing those words escape his son's mouth.

"What?! You still love him after everything he's done to you?" His father asked disbelievingly and Naruto gulped.

"I can't help it dad. It's not that easy to let go you know, you just wouldn't understand because you're not in my shoes." Naruto explained unpacking his things.

"I don't care I don't want you to love him!" Minato said sternly, throwing his hands up in the air and Naruto rolled his eyes.

"Did Fugaku-san invite you somewhere?" Naruto held his hands on his hips, looking at his father. He knew exactly how to make his father get distracted from a subject because he and his father had the same attention span, his father could he yelling at him one second and then if he asks 'daddy what's for dinner' his father would get all happy about dinner and forget about what he was yelling about earlier.

"Oh yeah, they're having a gathering at the mansion!" Minato grinned.

"Oh that's great!" Naruto beamed.

"Oi, did you say that to get my mind off of you loving that Uchiha?" Minato sent his son a glare.

"Kind of hehe!" Naruto laughed.

"I'm not done yelling about that Naruto."

"Yeah yeah, I hear you daddy." Naruto hummed unpacking his things and putting them in his dresser.

"Also that man has always been a quick one to just jump in bed with you. He tried it after a year of dating you and then had the nerve tell to me it was his right as your boyfriend." Minato growled, tightening his fists. He remembered the first time he caught Sasuke Uchiha in bed with his son and how he spent the whole morning chasing Sasuke around their quiet neighborhood with a sword and Sasuke ran around shirtless, screaming for his life to be spared.

"Daddy some people would normally end up sleeping together after a year of dating." Naruto looked at his father annoyingly.

"Ah but celibacy-"

"Oh God don't. I can't handle that speech again, you gave me the same speech back in high school." Naruto seethed, folding some of his clothes.

"I'll give you a list of reason you should hate him," Minato raised a finger. "Number one, he's full of himself. Two, he loves to challenge your dear father. Three, he's a selfish, arrogant bastard and I'm pretty sure he's...what's that word?" Minato thought for a few seconds and then he found it.

"Emo! Four, he gets offended when I say Itachi is better than him which is true…" Minato could really go on forever but Naruto always ignored him.
