-Stop thinking about how the Major smiled at me earlier today

-Show up for senior staff meeting tomorrow

-Wish I didn't have to show up for senior staff meeting tomorrow

-Take black tape off security cameras in Quark's storeroom

-Stop thinking about the Major's eyes (lovely, brown)

-Politely inquire about the well-being of deputy Merrick's wife and child

-Listen as deputy Merrick extols their every feature, then teases me (again) about my resolution not to engage in humanoid mating rituals

-Wonder why I have conversations with deputy Merrick

-Stop thinking about the Major's hair (red like fire, looks soft)

-Check on the two Klingon freighter captains who docked today (They'll be drinking bloodwine at Quark's.)

-Get a confession out of Quark regarding the Andorian jewel incident

-Stop wondering why all the humanoids think Lieutenant Dax is the epitome of beauty when Major Kira is quite obviously more attractive

-Make my rounds

-Avoid that woman down at the Bolian silks stand who keeps smirking at me

-Go back to Quark's and arrest one/both of the Klingons for whatever they've done

-Stop looking forward to Tuesday morning

-Stop planning things to say on Tuesday morning

-Stop imagining how Major Kira will look on Tuesday morning

-Stop thinking of her boots on my desk, her hands wrapped around the raktajino I will order for her, her lips curved up in a smile at the things I'll say on Tuesday-

-Stop. Just stop.

-Take the black tape off the security cameras in Quark's storeroom again

-Don't think about her laugh

-Have Merrick de-rig the Dabo tables

-Politely decline the O'Briens' invitation to have dinner with them

-Smile in spite of myself at Molly's tendency to wander her way to my office while Mrs. O'Brien teaches

-Don't think about how young Major Kira looks when she's off her guard (a child, yet a thousand years old)

-Wonder why Molly always ends up on my lap whenever she gets lost, and if she's ever really lost, or if she somehow plans the whole thing

-Feel a little self-important for a moment because I am someone's choice of company

-Shake my head and get back to my reports

-Don't wish Kira could have had the chance to look like a little girl instead of a budding Resistance fighter once

-Don't wish I could keep the smile on her face every minute of every day

-Release the Klingon/s from the holding cell, assuming no murder was involved

-Don't fall in love

-Regenerate for a few hours

-Remind myself of the reasons I can't possibly be in love with her

-Schedule a briefing with the deputies, 0800 Wednesday

-Think about her, despite new/old resolution not to, and try to pretend it's not hopeless yet

-Security drill, 1100 Tuesday

-Harass Quark, 1200

-Take the black tape off the security cameras. Again.
