Dear Sir/Madam,
Re : Reference on George Milton and Lennie Small
As the person in charge of "Happy Farm", I would like to seek information on my current employees, George Milton and Lennie Small. I would be grateful if you could supply me with the particular reasons for your recent dismiss of them.
I would like some information on Mr. Milton and Mr. Small, partially their family background or criminal records. Could you please supply me with the duration of employment and the reason for their dismissal for both of them. I would also like to enquire your comment on the capacity of their relationship, as if it was purely platonic personally. I may cast doubts on Mr. Milton's intention. He seems to be taking advantage of Mr. Small's personal disadvantage. One may conclude that some financial arrangements may exist between them. Since Mr. Small seem to be rather bulky, totally opposite from George. George also seems to be overly protective or may be concealing some information that I should know about. Can Mr. Small work confidently and efficiently on his own, or is he mentally disabled. Would he cause trouble to others or create accidents? Most importantly, did they get along with their colleagues, especially for Mr. Small's personality is concerned.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future. I can be contacted by post at the address above. May I express my sincere thanks for your assistance on this matter.
Yours faithfully
Boss
The Manager of Happy Ranch
