The Dead Doll
Based off of the book "Flowers in the Attic" by V.C. Andrews
Corry Dollanganger
The Dead Doll.
Little Cory left his friends
to live in a stuffy old attic.
He protected his sister from the
scary Grandmother dressed in grey.
Cathy always let him have her donuts
and sometimes Chris did too.
Cory got sick often, and one day
he came down with the flu.
When the fever wouldn't break
Momma took him to the hospital.
She had said it was pneumonia,
but Cathy didn't believe it true.
Micky nibbled on one of the donuts
and was quickly dead.
Arsenic disguised as powdered sugar
had been the end of The Dead Doll.
