WARNING! If you don't want to see poor Feli get hurt, then DO NOT read this! This fanfic is going to get pretty violent. You see, the countries are monsters now, and they have a chance of getting killed and made into armor if they step outside their academy. Just saying, if you don't like violence, don't read this.
Italy ran through Moga Woods, looking for something to eat. He smelled some delicious pasta nearby, so he ran with his Jaggi guards towards the scent.
"Ve~ I smell some pasta!"
The Jaggi guards barked in response and Italy ran into the center of a village, which is probably the stupidest thing he's ever done. Multiple hunters saw him and grabbed their weapons. Women ran screaming, and children hid in their homes. Italy tilted his head.
"Ve? What's wrong? I just wanted some pa-"
A hunter holding a Plume Flint-which is a fire type hammer weapon-hit him right on the head, which caused Italy to scream in pain. A Great Jaggi's head is one of the most weak points.
Italy tried to turn into his human form, but he was in too much pain. He yelped and barked, and his Jaggi guards ran towards the hunters. Italy was limping, and the Jaggi were killed almost instantly by the sword, hammer, and lance-wielding hunters.
"Oww oww oww!"
Italy had tears in his eyes, and a burnt, bloody wound on his head. The frill that showed his rank as a Great Jaggi had been torn up. Unfortunately for him, this day was going to get worse. A bowgunner hid on a hill, spying Italy's movements. The hunter fired, causing an explosive fire bullet to hit Italy in the left eye.
"Gotcha, you little shit!"
Italy screamed again, and he wished he had never ventured outside the academy alone. A sword wielding hunter walked up to him, the bowgunner next to him. Italy's eyes were wide and he was shaking as he watched the hunter slowly bring down his sword.
He closed his eyes and suddenly...
A dark blue wyvern had ran into the fray! It jumped on top of the hunters, pinning the both of them down at the same time. He mauled them, ripping them apart, and then he spit a sleep venom from his jaws onto every other hunter that was nearby.
"God damn it! Why did you go out alone?! You could've died!"
Italy was in so much pain that he didn't recognize his own brother's voice. He yelped.
"PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!"
Romano, a Great Baggi roared directly in his face and growled.
"Don't do that again... you are a Great Jaggi! You aren't a strong monster!"
Italy was hurt by that comment, and he slowly got up, following his brother back to the academy. Romano was very protective over his younger brother, and he knew he had to protect him. He wouldn't know what he'd do if his brother was slain by hunters, those god damn hunters.
When they got back to the Monster Academy, Italy was covered in blood and limping. Romano helped him walk inside. France saw this and widened his eyes.
"Italy! What happened?! Shit! I knew this would happen-"
Italy cut him off.
"I-I'ma sorry... I just w-wanted to get some pasta..."
Romano sighed.
"We have to teach him how to fight... it's the only way we can let him outside of the academy..."
France tilted his head.
"Huh? How are we gonna teach this guy? He's probably just going to sleep the whole time anyway."
Italy was already asleep, curled up in a ball. Spain walked in the room, his glimmering scales making him stand out. He was a Crimson Qurupeco, and he was the strongest of the Bird Wyvern Club.
While eating a tomato, he gasped when he saw Italy's condition.
"What happened to little Italy?!"
Romano replied, his eyes narrow.
"He went to this village looking for food, and he was attacked by hunters. He almost died, but I came in and saved him."
"What!? But why would he-"
"I know, I don't understand why he'd go to a village looking for food. You should've seen the weapons those hunters had, they were all fire weapons..."
Italy was in deep sleep. He turned into his human form, covered in scars and bruises. Romano, still in his monster form, carried him to his den in the Forest room. He carefully put him down on his bed and left the den, sighing. Then, he walked over to the Tundra room and rested inside his own den, worried about what may happen next to his younger brother. Smaller versions of him, called Baggi, gathered around and guarded him while he slept.
However, he didn't notice the two, huge brute figures watching him from a distance. One was brown and covered in armor, and the other was a spiked wyvern with glowing red eyes and a black aura.
Okay, I know it's not THAT good, but I tried my best. ^_^; I'll update soon.
