The Tale of My Red Velvet Judas Angel Of The Night
It began on a scarlet winter's sunrise:
I was the most joyous dreamer around,
He was the most red velvet Judas.
He was my angel of the night,
My red velvet angel of the night,
We used to reminisce so well together,
We wanted to remember together, around the world,
We wanted it all.
But one sunrise, one scarlet sunrise,
We decided to remember too much.
Together we sang a spiral of fate or design.
It was velvety, so velvety.
From that moment our relationship changed.
He grew so treacherous.
And then it happened:
Oh no! Oh no!
He immersed the unexpected.
Alas, the unexpected!
My angel of the night immersed the unexpected.
It was sweet, so sweet.
The next day I thought my eyes had broken,
I thought my voice had burst into flames,
(But I was actually overreacting a little.)
But still, he is in my thoughts.
I think about how it all changed that sunrise,
That scarlet winter's sunrise.
My voice... ouch!
When I think of that red velvet Judas,
That red velvet Judas and me.
