Gemma:

Frank grinned, he loved being one up on Mick. It was so satisfying, the look of Mick's face is enough to make him want to laugh and grin evily for a matter of hours.

Frank walked out of Mick's office, swiftly walking past Sally as Mick walked towards the door of his office and stood in the doorway.

"Everything alright 'Guv?" Sally asked.

Nat:

"Sally my office NOW!" Mick shouted at Sally, she looked shocked by the tone.

She walked into his office, Frank turned around, seeing Sally enter Mick's office

"Sit down" Mick said to Sally, she had a gut feeling what this was about

"Anything you want to tell me Sally?" He asked hoping she would tell him

"No Guv nothing whats this about?" She thought that if she played dumb he may think that Frank was making it up

"So, you denie that you have been sleeping with Frank" Mick shouted out

Sally's heart pounded against her chest

"erm......well" Luckily for Sally the bells went down

Saved by the bell she thought to herself,

"You are not off the hook yet, i want to talk to you after the shout" Mick said

both him and Sally left the office, and ran to the appliance bay. Sally caught Franks eye, if looks could kill then Frank would be dead!

"Car fire and RTA, Smiths Road Both" Geoff shouted

Sally had to share a appliance with Mick, also Craig and George.

Gemma:

Sally was silent on the way to the shout, glancing out of the window on the way. She glanced in front of her for a while, noticing Mick's reflection in the wing mirror, then looked away.

"Echo 441 from M2FS..."

"Go ahead," Mick replied control, answering the radio.

"Shadbrook dealing, they do not need assistance, I repeat, they do not need assistance."

---

"You alright Sally?" Craig asked, noticing how awfully quiet she was.

"I'm fine, just shut up yeah?" She murmured, noticing Mick look at her after her little outburst, then she glanced away out of the window again.

"Shall we return back to base?" Mick asked control.

"A fire's been reported in an lock - up down Tyne Lane..."

Nat:

"George are we anywhere near there?" Mick asked

"Yea about 5minutes away"

"Echo 441 to M2FS, showing blackwall dealing"

"M2FS to Echo 441, all recieved"

"BLackwall Pump to Blackwall Pump Ladder, no longer required at the RTA but running call to Tyne Lane lock up fire" Mick radioed to the Pump Ladder

"All recieved" Geoff replied

"So much for returning to base" Frank spoke, he kept looking out of the window, thinking about Sally, and the guv face when he told him. The smuge smile was wiped from his face, that made Frank feel good.

In the pump, Mick was thinking abou nothing else apart from what Frank said. Was it true? He thought Sally had feelings for him? Mick had convinced himself, that Frank was going to admit to the arson not the sleeping with Sally.

"Guv, Guv" George was talking to mick who wasn't replying

"What!" Mick snapped

"Where shall i put it?" George said, referring to the appliance.

Gemma:

"For God's sake George use your brain!" Mick snapped, as the others stared at him, first Craig, then Sally, who quickly glanced away from him again and out of the window.

"Uh... just a few metres away from that car..." Mick pointed out to a purple Ford KA that was parked in a reasonable distance away from the fire.

After parking, the watch got out of the appliances. Sally tried to keep as far away from Mick as possible without being too noticable and she also tried to keep her distance from Frank. This guy was really making her wonder now.

"Me lockup!" A tall large man yelled in an east London accent as he ran towards Mick, "Bloody vandals, this has happened twice before now!"

"Is this your lockup?" Mick asked.

"Course it bleeding is," The man moaned, "I wouldn't give two hoots about it if it wasn't."

Mick nodded understandily, "What's your name sir?" He asked.

"Jason... Jason Thompkins."

"Ok, Mr. Thompkins, I'm sure the police will be able to find who did this."

Jason moved aside and Mike ordered the team around.

"Adam, I want you and Craig to go in," He said looking at Adam, then sternly at Craig. Craig needed to gain his confidence and needed that little push.

"Sally, BA control and the rest of you gets some jets up."

Nat:

Sally stood at the entrance of the lock up. She checked Adam's and Craig's BA sets, and alarms.

"Follow Adam, Craig don't worry you will be fine" Sally reassured Craig, they had all been there, just blokes being blokes don't like to admit it

"thanks Sal"

"Ready" Adam called back. Craig nodded. Adam kicked the door down to be faced with a lockup that was well alight.

Adam and Craig slowly made there way though the fire.

Charlie, Frank and George had got the jets on the outside. Sally was glad she was BA control meant that she could stay away from them all.

Gemma:

Adam walked slowly into the fire, spraying jets of water at the fire as Craig followed timidly behind spraying water where Adam instructed him to.

The fire was eventually extinguished, thanks to Adam and Craig inside and the crew outside.

"Blackwall pump 3 to BA control..."

"Received..." Sally prompted Adam to carry on.

"There are no bodies in here Sal and the fire's fully out. We're on our way out," Adam informed her.

"Received," Sally replied, "'Guv!" She called Mick, then remembering their conversation earlier.

Mick approached Sally, "Fire fighter Fields?"

Sally cringed slightly inside, they used to be on good terms, now he was calling her 'Fire fighter Fields' and definitely when they 'talk' later, they will be on even worse terms.

"Um... Adam and Craig are on their way out, no bodies reported," She informed him.

Mick nodded slowly, "Right..." He replied.

Nat:

"you lot keep dampening the outside we don't want it relighting" He said referring to Frank, George and Chairle

"Guv" They replied in turn

"What is up with him today? He is like a bear with a sore head" Chairle remarked

"Firefighter Mead, shut up! You can talk when you have finished" Mick yelled

"Guv" Sally said timidily

"What now" He snapped back

"Adam and Craig asked if they should leave?"

"Use your brain Sally, you don't need to ask me everything"

Sally looked hurt and looked back towards the building. George saw this and went over to talk to Mick about his mood.

Gemma:

"Is everything alright 'Guv?" George asked.

"Everything is fine," Mick replied with emphasis on the word 'fine' as he stared ahead of him, watching the watch dampen the flames.

"I dunno 'Guv, you just seem well... touchy..."

"Keep your opinion's to yourself George," Mick replied, walking away from him. "Right you lot, lets get this all cleared away..."

Nat:

Sally ordered Adam and Craig out of the lock-up

"Well done you two" Sally said welcoming them out of the building

"Good work Craig, you did well in there" Adam said patting Craig on the back

"come on you lot, lets get this lot cleared up, things to do and people to speak to" Mick said looking at Sally.

She walked pass Mick towards the appliance, putting the BA stuff back.

After 20minutes, the scene was cleared and FIU had arrived and taken over the scene. They all boarded the appliances and made there way back to the station.

Gemma:

"C'mon baby light my fire!" Wailed in E442 as it drove down the road.

"Be quiet," Geoff murmured, but the singing continued, "Be quiet!" He yelled louder as the appliance fell silent.

"You know Sub... you're no fun," Charlie murmured, putting his attention back into driving the appliance.

E441 was quiet for the whole journey. Sally sat keeping herself to herself in the back, George drove and Mick was also quiet. Craig looked from every person every - so - often to see if they would actually open their mouths, but they never did.

"So Poison," Charlie began, "What music are you into?"

Nat:

"None of your business" Posion replied

"Oh come on Posion, it isn't a personal question, just want to know so that we can sing it" Adam said laughing slightly

"erm....i don't know Frank Sinerta, jazz music, Frankie goes to Hollywood"

"You what!" Charile laughed "Are they still alive"

"They are very good talented singers, much more talent then the so called 'music' you lot listen too"

"We listen to good music, that has rhythme and not sung by people who are now 10 feet under"

"Oh really" was Poison's only reply

In E441, no conversatin had been spoken. George decided it was time to break the ice

"So....Craig how was that shout?" George asked

"Yea ok thanks george, felt better going in with Adam then i did Mooney, he gave me no confidence at all"

Sally looked at Craig then out the window again. after what seemed like ages they finally arrived back at the station.

Gemma:

The appliances backed into the appliance bay and stopped. The watch jumped out, making their way for the stairs to go up to the mess. Sally closely followed them, hoping that she could sneek off, but with no luck.

"Sally..." Mick said getting her attention.

Sally paused on the stairs, not turning, "'Guv?"

"My office," He said, standing in the doorway of his office as Sally stood still for a moment, before taking a deep breath and turning towards his office.

The door closed and Sally sat in the chair in front of Mick's desk. She felt nervous and really didn't feel comfortable or even want to tell Mick what happened. Her feelings were getting in the way, why did they have to be so d**n confusing?!

"So," Mick began, "Are you going to have to tell me or am I going to have to spell out what I'm on about?"
