Alright, so when chapter 16, RoMcOmS AnD WiCkEd eLiXeR, came out, I got to thinking, "Huh, you know, on this unfolding journey to GamKar-dom, things are eventually going to get kind of smutty, which is always fun, but… This brings about the question of troll anatomy."

I mean, there's a whole bunch of interpretations on this subject, all of which I can understand the sides of and could enjoy writing. Basically, I don't have much of a preference one way or the other, but I'm aware that it's a subject that's kind of important in terms of LOHAT.

SO I FIGURED, WHO BETTER TO ASK THAN MY DEAR READERS? :D

Above, I have set up a blind poll in which I'd like each one of the LOHAT readers to give their personal opinion from the options I've set up. Now, if you have a different idea or whatever, feel free to message me or comment on ze forum… I've never done one of these before, so, as with the tumblr, please mention if I've royally screwed something up. :D

Also, on another note, please only vote if you are actively following LOHAT, or, "Land Of Humans And Trolls". I've specifically created this forum to better interact with my readers on this matter, so while opinions are appreciated, it would be a bit unfair for those who aren't even reading the story to give their input on the matter.

Explanation/Rules: Each voter is allotted 7 votes. While the choices above total 14, they are coupled together into a sort of either/or scenario. For example, the first two are both in relation to troll ears; you would use one of your seven votes (not two) to select either one or the other. This is to prevent someone from just going in there and blindly selecting every single option or something equally inane. I'm going to be leaving this poll up for a while, but as soon as the results are in I'll be letting everyone know the results both as an author's note as well as on the tumblr.

I know that i go with the idea of similar genitalia but not the same. As females have wider hips so likely bigger 'nooks' and males with their leaner more 'masculine' appearance tend to have smaller (for some near non-existent) nooks but larger bulges. I figure the nook likely serves the purpose of a bucket. Its a way to hold the material until a troll can reach an egg hive. These days, not used so much that way since drones pick up the material and take it all there, but its still part of their anatomy.

breast tisue makes the least sense to me, as the trolls do not nurse, but they still have these glands.. I figure it must have something to do more with their breathing or some such thing?

I tend to go with the tentical bulge, mainly because it feels more alien. and having botht he male and female having the simular thing (even if females are way smaller.) the fact that both genders need to be able to produce enough material to fill a bucket. Females would need to produce as much as the males in that respect and a way to deposit this material would also need to remain.

Also keeping in mine that trolls are an OLDER race than humans and seems the differences between male and female is shrinking, which is not uncommon on an evelutionary scale.
