Kiki [the new Noodle, although no one could ever replace her]

Rock[for the new Russel? I'm running out of ideas ,

i chose ed from cowboy bebop as noodle for two reasons 1. because shes just as crazy and 2.she's the only female that young i know

i chose dante from devil may cry as murdoc because he kinda a satanist and most of the time he doesnt wear a shirt most of the time

i chose hellboy as ruzzle because he's just as quiet and as big

and finnaly i chose laharl from disgaea as 2D because... well they have the same hair color and hair style just remove the two antenna things on laharl's head and they would look almost related

well heres what I pick:

rin, from inuyasha(as the new noodle)

sasuke, from naruto(as the new 2D)

Danny phantom/feton, from danny phantom(as the new russle)

And shean, from Jimmy neutron(as the new murdoc)

dont ask me why I chose them!

maggie as the new Murdoc cuz she's got this really scary sense of humor.

Finder_77 (me) as the new Noodle cuz we both like video games & such and I can't get enough of Japanese culture

DJM as the new 2D cuz he's always either singing the Gorillaz Music or spacing out.

And I gotta think of some1 4 russel...

The only person I've got an idea for is 2D=Nightcrawler with his holowatch on. I'll ** back l8er coz i have 2 go.

and i'd say the same for noodlez...but unfotunately i found out HE'S NOT a "HE"! "HE'S" a "SHE"!! :sob:

hmmmmm i might change 2-D for Marvin(from the hitchhikers guide)

or i dunno.

i wouldnt change any of the characters, but i would change noodle a bit. jamie and damon wrecked her after pahse one- they turned her into a canon sue. here's how.

1. She found fame and fortune at a very young age

2. she had a mysterious past (amnesia)

3. she had a tragic past

4. she is an orphan

5. she is the only survivor of a group

6. she can speak lots of foreign languages

7. every foreign language, actually

8. shes a good singer

9. shes a good dancer

10. she can play lots of instruments

11. every instrument, actually.

12. she has good fashion sense

13. she has a name not usually used as a name

14. she has an unusual pet (monkey)

15. she appears to die

16. but doesnt

17. she sometimes draws attention away from other characters (she starred in 2 music videos by herself)

18. shes a good fighter

19. everyone likes her

20. shes really clever

theres a few reason for you to chew over. and before you reply to me saying 'you suck!' or something along those lines, i request you actually consider my point of view. i love gorillaz and their music, but i was devastated when i saw what the creators had done to noodle.

Even though I like Noodle very much, I have to agree that authors overdid a few things about her. Personally I would throw away the whole "angsty past" thing. Noodle represents youth and mental freedom in the band, she doesn't need all that typical anime junk. It only makes her character difficult to understand.

I'm glad you see my point. That's why I prefer her in phase 1, because her character wasn't completely overdone in a desperate attempt to make people like her.
