here tell us about what your fav ff8 couple is personally mine is Squall/Rinoa

please no bashing Squall or Rinoa

Yeah, her extreme loyalty towards him always made me feel that she wanted a little more and I silently hoped he'd actually take notice to her and return her affection one day.

Wow, the topic died down a bit, didn't it? Well, Selphie and Irvine are my fav, as you can tell from my bio. ;)They'd be very good for each other, I think. I also occationally enjoy Squall/Quistis, although I know it could never happen. *sigh* Personally, I wasn't too fond of the way they developed Squall and Rinoa's relationship, but that's just me.

yeah they could have done it better but i always will like that pairing anyway the scene on the spaceship was so sad!

Hey, on topic is my middle... well, no, it isn't. But I can try.

I have nothing against Rinoa, she's probably a really cool character if I could get past my whole 'did I miss something?' bias. It seemed like Squall got really cuddly, really fast.

But that's beside the point. The point is, I think Rinoa would be better off alone, because she and Seifer don't really mesh, imo, either.

Which brings me to this: I also am rather fond of Seifer/Fuujin. ;)

yeah i know squall did change quite suddenly

but still a game can't go on forever

and i really don't see seifer and rinoa they are too different

Yeah...Squall and Rinoa besides Edea and Cid were probably the only couple in the game. And almost everybody (yes, Almost everybody!) hates them. (I'm disturbed that people hate either Squall or Rinoa...which is sad, what did these characters ever do to them?!!) But I like them, so I don't care what anyone else thinks.

Now...as far as "Duos" I'll have to say Biggs and Wedge...no, I don't see them as a couple, I'm not into yaoi or whatever they call it, but I do see them as the funny duo, lol. They're my fav. Especially when I'm whipping them in battle, lol...they always cry!

i agree why do people hate squall and Rinoa they're such a cute couple ,and Biggs and Wedge make a good Duo even though its off topic but neh who cares.

Heh this is awkward. I'm a male, and even though I'm 85 to 90% straight, I love Seifer/Zell and Squall/Zell. Other couples I just don't care about at all.

I like Squinoa and Irvine x Selphie (not sure what that's called...)

I just like Squinoa because Squall needs Rinoa to soften him up a bit and take away that broody exterior. I like the way the two balance each other out, really. Plus, she's patient enough to wait for him to open up to her. I do agree with what's been posted previously that Squall did warm up to her rather suddenly, but I was able to overlook that due to all the squealing that I was doing that they were FINALLY together (sort of).

Irvine x Selphie is just cute. And everyone knows it :D
