There's too many! Besides, most of them are just copying the script and chngeing the names anyway.

Well, if people like to do parodies involving script copying, you have no right saying they suck! But since you didn't said they sucked, I'm going to say another thing! You're not the one who can say their unoriginal, cause you're not the one who made it! You won't get paid in Author's Rights. Well, I changed my mind! Say what you want, cause in the end people who like this kind of parodies won't give a damn for what you're saying...

True, I mean people can do as more as they want to and it's up to them. Anyways, as long as they love doing parodies, I bet they'll keep on doing them until they stop. Kook, are you an OmniBurn? I sort of doubt it, mainly because Solomn doesn't suffer fools. Honestly, I would normally condemn this for a flamer, but I don't think you deserve that description. A spammer. Yeah, that works.

OK, there's a few things I want to clear up. First, what's an OmniBurn? Second, I don't make enemies. Third, I'm not a spammer, I'm new. That doesn't mean I'm a noob, though. Fourth, my pen name has 3 o's, comprende? Fifth, Solemn regret makes some good points. But still, he should do more intelligently and polite. I WAS going to make a Little Mermaid parody, but there was so many, that I got cold feet. Should I? Like I said, there is A LOT.

My only problem is that if one were to compare each fic side by side, they would find that they're practically alike! I have no problems with any parodies, but please make changes so it's more creative! I'd rather not read different characters saying the same lines again and again.

Finally! Someone understands! Mine will be different, though. Mine will be called The Sexy Mermaid. Unlike most LM parodies, There is no singing. Sorry to those who like that kind of stuff. Ihate Songfics. Also, there is a chance it might be rated M\R. I know, I know, unholy.O_o

Well, I feel that there are too many Disney parodies I think authors should try something new with their parodies like a comedy or a Horror film that's one of the reasons why I did a parody of O Brother, Where Are Thou and right now I'm planning to do a Princess Bride parody.

I don't think any "rip-off" parodies are good at all. The only reason any would be considered good would be that the original script is good. But stealing the original script is plagerism. There are no surprises, no new jokes, no fun.

For once, I kind of agree with Blue Paratroopa... only a little. I'm getting a little tired of there being so many of the Disney parodies, specifically the Little Mermaid ones, even though I've done some myself. But, I also must agree with what Alter Shead said, despite the fact that we are self proclaimed enemies. If people wanna basically copy the movie and alter it slightly, then so be it. If people wanna be like Blue Paratroopa and do a completely different version of said movie, then so be that as well.

And I've had it with you, Gokusnake! On what grounds can you go just flat out call everyone a nOOb just because they might not have read Blue Paratroopa's 'Calvin at Camp' fics???? HUH??? *calms down a bit* Sorry, that was rude... that last part, anyway.

Lastly, and I think I've said this before, if you don't like the Disney parodies, either leave 'em alone and leave the authors to have their fun of working hard to complete the fics, or just, well... flame away. I don't care what you do.

And one last thing... Blue Paratroopa, I'm really truely sorry for what I said on your board... it was rude and well, uncalled for. Can you ever forgive me?

...Well, seeing as this IS an old board, I should assume this won't be looked at or anything. But hey, I had to say something, right?
