Topic: Dark Angel- Coming Back

Tes, it's true, we have a chance to bring back our beloved Dark Angel, but every vote counts. Go to this site:

I've seen this before but sorry it's not real. It's just a stupid little poll that won't actually amount to anything. And the truth is if it ever did come back it wouldn't be the same because Jessica doesn't want to do Dark Angel again. She's said it before. With that said Max would be recast and the show won't make it. It just wouldn't be the same without Jessica. Plus most of the cast have moved on, Michael's in NCIS, Jensen's in Supernatural, and Jessica does movies.

Yeah, i agree with y'all. Maybe they could just make a movie out of it, have Jim Cameron throw around his big movie director weight,etc...I mean, now that JAlba is so famous, even ppl who'd never seen DA before would watch it...right? I mean, I just want to know what the hell happens after Freak Nation...and no offense to Max Allan Collins, but I didn't like his plot for those two books he wrote too much (and I don't care that Cameron approved of it).

Oh well...enough ranting and wishful thinking.

just watch scifi on mondays starting this up comuing one they put it back on the air no new eppis dont hink but i am so excited because if it gets lots ratings they might i hope so if not i am still happy cuz i havent seen it since it went off cuz never had mony to get it on dvd or tape

hey i dont think they'll put back on even if they do get high ratings coz it's been comming on scifi for years now...so personally i wouldn't get so excited....i just wish that they would make something to end it properly so that we dont have blanks and frustration of what could of or what was supposed to have happened- maybe a movie not those stupid books they were useless!!

No the whole voting thing was not a mistake or a misprint and due to it FOX is under serious condideration to resume production -as in there is work being done with it. It's early days yet but it still a high point!

As for those who are scared we won't have the same actors, so what? If we had been shown different actors to start with for Dark Angel and all of a sudden we had Jessica Alba as Max you would freak out! I'd rather have Dark Angel back than not!

i would love to have the show back but because i've gotton so attached to these actors and these characters i dont think it would be the same for me...though i still would definetly watch it, i mean they change actors in a lot of stuff right!

I love DarkAngel, and the characters and, actually, I wouldn't mind having new actors taking over, as long as they are played right. We know Jessica wouldn't go back to DA even if her life depended on it, Jensen's on Supernatural (and I want him there) and I've no idea what the Michael dude is doing, so, let's say, I'm just imagininig here, that we have the same story basically but instead of Dark Angel, it could be called Terminal City and the show wouldn't be all about Max and Logan and the stupid virus, but about ALL the inhabitants of TC, and the war between transgenics and familiars, and Max and Alec, of course. Sorry, M/L shippers, I don't swing that way!

I've heard some people say they wouldn't mind bringing the show back with new actors - the plotline was just good. I know for myself, it wouldn't be the same if they brought it back with different actors. It's hard to imagine Max as anyone other than JAlba.

But I think I would still watch it, just to see how it is.

The idea with focusing around Terminal City really is a good idea. I mean, it may not even need to have our previous stars (alec, max, logan, white, etc.) Granted, if they bring in completely new characters, it still wouldn't be the same and may even be harder to sell back to the DA fans, but at the same time, it would have a chance to attract a new crowd since they don't necessarily need to know about the previous characters.

Still, I've pretty much given up hope on the show returning since it's been so long already, but it still will remain my all time favorite TV show.
