Mimi and Numemon rejections were funny. The interactions between these two always made me laugh. When I was little I felt sorry for Numemon, but nowadays, I see that it's a good thing that Mimi really couldn't see beyond outer appearances, although it would have been funny if she did.

Tai and Sora. Well, it was pretty canon at certain points, like in the movie. Though if they had ended up together, while Taiora fans would be rejoicing (not to say I'm not a Taiora fan), the rest of us would be all 'ho hum'. It's really just a very obvious pairing to have end up. I applaud the Digimon Team for trying to come up with some originality, but it should have been with a character Sora had a little more chemistry with. This one didn't bother me too much.

You can't honestly call Sora and Tai a rejection, especially since Tai himself let her go. Remember people, it was SORA who asked Matt, not vice versa, and it was Tai her encouraged her once he saw that she really liked Matt. Sure, Tai was disappointed, but he let it go and took it with great maturity.

If I had to vote, I'd say the worst rejection was Mimi and Numemon (also, consequentially, the funniest).

Why not? She was incredibly upset. Her partner and best friend had been brutally murdered right before her very eyes, and then another good friend of her's was now mutated into a horrific monster beyond recognition. It was a very traumatic experience for all of them, especially for her, so she could be forgiven for her outburst (at that moment). Besides, did you even WATCH the last three episodes of Tamers? It's pretty obvious by the end of the series that Jeri either holds Takato in great regard as a friend at the very least, or she's actually discovering she likes Takato as well. She singles out Takato as the one person she did not wish to hurt most of all, and later cries out his name as she and Calumon are being tortured by the D-Reaper.

Which Takato HEARS, by the way, meaning that they are somehow "connected", in a sense.

Appearently you've forgotten that this is Tamers, not season 2. It has no relation to the previous seasons. Primary village does not exist in that universe. Plus, Leomon's data was absorbed by Beelzemon, and it was strongly implied in the series that when a Digimon's data is absorbed, that means that his data cannot be reconfigured.

Again, I repeat: her partner was MURDERED. Besides, T.K. and Ken sobbed hysterically when their digimon died- and Angemon became a Digi-egg immediately after he defeated Devimon!

His "deep concern" was the concern you would show for anybody. Rika and Takato are friends, so of course he would try to save her and make sure she's alright. Besides, there was no indication that Jeri and Takato weren't "together".
