I've been looking for this fic all day, I remember reading it quite some time ago. It involves Greg forgetting his cellphone when he goes visit his family (I think for Thanksgiving) and Sara going after him to give it back.

Greg's sister (Mary or something) is able to read people's thoughts, and having a blast with Greg's and Sara's. They're not together yet, but things definately get interesting. I remember really loving this story, because it's romantic and funny.
