Topic: Why I love Rei/Raye Hino?
Despite that the fact, she can be hot tempered lady. I'd always admire her personality and determination to get the job done.

1. She has a cool pyschic powers like Kikyo and Kagome

2. She works/lives in a elegant temple

3. Duh she's a superhero

4. She's beautiful and elegant

5. She can sing/dance/write songs

6. She has a good leadership skills

Now, tell me in on your words why Rei/Raye Hino is a cool person.

Yep that pretty much sums it all up! ^_^ I also like her because she has the power over fire. I.love.fire., but I'm not a pyro..... .,

What can I say? She is the most beautiful and has the most awesome, creative attacks of the Inners. Her Flame Sniper is tight. ^_^

She has that certain mystery that I like. Plus, I admire her courage and willingness to sacrifice herself for her loved ones.

Not to mention she has crows as companions. That's so cool.

I didn't know Rei could dance. Hmmm... Is that in the Anime version? I don't know anymore.

Rei is very dedicated to her work as a senshi. She's the last person ever to betray Usagi.

Also, Rei's not the type to fall in love with someone so easily. She would prefer her kindred spirits anyday. She's a mature person like the Outer senshi, she's not someone who would lose her cool easily. ((Unless it's the Anime version, making her completly different!!!)) Rei's also very mysterious, not much is known about her, if we read the manga version. I think, Rei's the only one that's very beautifully drawn. Especially on her eyes... She's so elegant and graceful.

Manga Rei sounds nice, but I only know the anime version and still like it because:

1) Her and Serena/Usagi's verbal fights are one of the most funny moments in the series (yeah, it used to annoy me too but I grew over it).

2) Raye is always the one that remains with Serena till the end in most battles.

3) Raye is from the same astrological sign as me!

4) Fire is also my element, and it's my favourite element among all the scout powers.

5) Her hair and eyes are black/dark-violet. I love those violet strikes! I think Naoko Takeuchi should have made Rei and Hotaru half sisters (though similar in looks completely different in personalities).

6) As much as Rei likes to nag and reprimand Usagi, she doesn't like it much when others do it, specially without a good reason.

7) Raye gave up the first guy she liked/loved in the series so that her friend could be happy: she knows when to step aside, that's such a rare trait, even amongst best-friends!

8) Rei's scout uniform trademark is red, and red is my colour too.

9) Rei is the only one of the inner girls that doesn't attend Juuban High School, yet they always get together at her Temple, and she has some very interesting leadership qualities.

10) Rei never truly gets together with Yuuichiro/Nicholas, and I can completely understand why!

Ever since I started to watch the anime when I was like six, she was my favorite. Then in my later years I began to read the manga and she STILL is my favorite character. In the anime I think I like her because my personality and her personality are real common. Plus, she controls fire, which is pretty kick-a. In the manga she was so peaceful and mysterious... it is amazing how different they are (manga/anime). That is why in some of my stories I tend to mix up their personalities unknowingly. o_o

But, anyway, Rei is my favorite scout and will be for the rest of my fanfic writing career and Sailor Moon loving life. I only wish there were more stories about our favorite pyro...

I don't know about her superiority to other senshi, as each senshi is unique in her own way, but I admire her by what she stands for. War and passion for a cause go much further than a speech about love and justice. She has flaws and struggles. To me, that makes a person more interesting and noble than the person that gets everything they want in the end.

Yes, I must say, Rei has indeed been my favorite character. She has such inner strenth, courage , and passion, I admire that. Plus I was born a day before her^_^. Plus she is very beautiful, but even if she were ugly, I would still become attached to her because of her personality. She has such an important infulence on Usagi. I think it can Almost contest that of Mamoru-chans.I just love her, especially when paired with Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha, I just can't see anyone else for Rei Hino now.
