In my guard, we use flags, rifles, sabers, and swing flags. Do you guys use the same?

This season, we had six foot long purple swing flags. Gorgeous, but ridiculously hard to work with.

And our third movement rifles had a stripe of green on one side and blue on the other. I loved this season.

Unfortunately, our school is absolutely TINY, so we don't have much. This season, we used six foot weighted poles *one of A LOT of firsts for me since I'm only in my first year* and sabres, but no rifles. We will use rifles in our Winterguard show though *which I'm terrified of, by the way*!!! Lol. It's been amazing. <3

We use flags (we used 6 ft poles this season) rifles, sabres (we didn't use those this season...*sniff*), but we used hola hoops made to look like spider webs! We had a superheroes theme, so we did Superman, Spiderman, Batman, and the Incredibles.

You're really mean, you know. Saying that. Now I miss that show all over again.

I get three! *raspberry* Yeah, yea, you get three because I'm an old person who has to graduate High School in about two years. What do you think next year's show will be?

we had flags, swing flags, plastic flag poles that extend(they sucked)and one rifle(section leader.) My first season we had 10ft flags only 3 people had to spin them(I was one of them.) This year in winterguard I'm on rifle :) 8)

dood!

This year our colorguard teamed up with our drumline. It is sooo cool. Are any of you going to Dayton, Ohio? For the WGI competition?

Yeah, last year opener was all standard. six foot flags. Then, second tune was split into dancers and rifles. Third tune was dancers and sabres, and closer was all standard six foot flags again.

This year, the first 17 charts are all standard flags, then splits into dancers, sabres and flags. Second tune is all rifles which is INSANE (20 girls on rifle, yikes!) Then third tune are these flags that reach the top and bottom of these six foot poles which are HUGE. Then the beginning of closer is split into dancers and flags, and the second half of the closer is all double swing flags. I absolutely love it! 3
