Who are the best, the most vile, the most insane, and worst villains in history?

Sephiroth is the vilest villian. No competition there! C'mon, he killed Aeris! Truly evil...

Ultimecia's the worst! In my opinion, she just controlled people. In the final battle, there was no challenge there.

Now, Kuja, and Kefka they are in between Seph and Ulti. Kefka 'cuz he's a wierd clown, and insane.

The evil one is Kuja, the girly boy! He wears make-up! Ahhhhh!

Seymour is a girly, wanna-be Sephiroth clone!
