Topic: Best Stories
So, what are the best stories you've ever read in this fandom? Or, technically fandoms but I kinda count it as one. Give us links and pairing warnings too. *grin* Might as well get some recommendations going about.

Oh, oh! One of the absolute greatest (possibly the greatest) YYH/IY fanfic out there is Deviant Nature's Kurama/Kagome story "By Any Other Name." I think any long-term fan of this crossover fandom has read or at least heard of it. DN's writing is exquisite, the plot is magnificent, just reading it makes my hair tingle. The only drawback is the sluggish updates (not that I have any room to talk in that department). But even so, there's enough to satisfy and it's well worth the wait!

But, if you're looking for something Hiei/Kagome, then madmiko's "Black Widow Miko" is a must-read and also her "Hentai Bets." HB is a sort of slapstick comedy and is just outright hilarious. I promise you after reading this, you'll need surgery to remove the grin from your face! BWM is a heavier piece, more depthy and mature. Fantabulously tragic. Her writing is passionate and very artful.
